Great service
I've used the bity ATM machines in Zurich and in Zug. Both ATM's were fast and easy to use. I had to message customer service twice about questions I have had and they responded promptly. I have used BTC ATM machines in several different countries and I must say these are the best I have used when I comes to fee's and ease of use.

money from bank came not trought as it seems but bitty app forces me to use an pre-defined mail app. but as i am on protonmail i just need an email adress to contact them.
they make it verry dificult to contact them!
I never use them again and i also will not recomend them.

Best support I've experienced in a long time.
I had some issues sending money to somebody who later turned out to be a scammer. Bity solved this very professionally and was supportive during the entire time. They managed to get my funds back within a day.
I can only recommend their service to everyone.

Great service
One of the last places where you can buy and sell Bitcoin without submitting a lot of documents over the internet and exposing yourself to the risk of identity theft. Easy to use, you send some BTC and usually you get €€ on your bank account by the end of the next day. Pretty low fees for this kind of service, and high daily and yearly limits.

I used Bity to make a transfer of ETH to EUR and deposit into my account. There was a problem from my bank's side and Bity took a while to respond to my inquiries initially, but when they did everything went well and very smoothly. I very much appreciated their support!
