Everything about this order was easy. It was easy to upload the artwork, easy to pay and the shipment arrived super quickly. I'm a happy customer.

Always good service but the prices have jumped up rapidly

I have paid extra so I would get the stickers before the 22th of August because I would leave the 24th for a event I needed the stickers for.
Bu even tho I paid extra, the stickers were delivered on the 25th when I ofcourse already left.
The customer service doesn't want to help at all......

The positive reviews here must be fake or heavily filtered, because I’ve had one of the worst customer experiences ever with this company.

I placed an order on Bizay and paid not only for a custom product but also paid extra for their editing/design service. Within just 3 minutes of receiving the design preview, I emailed and messaged multiple times to urgently correct a clear spelling mistake THEY made — not me.

Despite following their own instructions on how to make changes, I received a response two days later saying the design had already gone to print and could not be changed. What is the point of having an approval system if your team bypasses it and prints the error anyway?

There’s no phone number, no way to speak to a human, and all responses feel like they come from an outsourced customer service team that has no power or understanding of basic consumer rights.

Let’s be clear:
• This was a service error on their end (they made the mistake, not me).
• They proceeded with production without approval, violating basic consumer protection laws under the EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
• The product I received was also missing the advertised gift box, making it a case of false advertising. Recieved a Cheap cardboard box
• They claim to be a Dutch company, but all communication and shipping appears to be handled from Spain via a drop-shipping style operation.

This is not just bad customer service it’s legally questionable behavior. I’ll be reporting them to ECC-Net, ConsuWijzer, and my bank for dispute resolution and sharing this experience across platforms so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Avoid this company at all costs. You will not be protected if something goes wrong because of them and if they make a mistake, you’ll be stuck with the consequences.

Quick delivery and great quality stickers at an affordable price.

The price is really good and the products are exactly what I expected them to be. The products arrived before the date they said it would arrive. All in all it's easy and good.

I have ordered flyers and businesscards which they sent to the wrong address, I can prove it was their mistake because the address on my account and the carriers proof of delivery (found online) have different addresses on them. When i contacted them about it they told me it was delivered. No acknowledgement that it was to the wrong address.
Waste of 80 euros.
