There is no customer service in relation to returning products. My initial order was sent but wrong size blinds. I was contacted by the company and told the correct size would be sent. I received the correct unit and had no issue with them. But, a few days later another set of blinds arrived. I have sent numerous email, completed the company product return process and made numerous phones calls to get the two sets of blinds collected from my house but not a word from the company. Very poor customer service.

I made a mistake ordering my velux blinds size , they were so good to deal with took back the wrongly ordered blinds and refunded promptly, so I could reorder the correct blinds

Over Two months of asking for a price on two velux windows black out blinds. I was phoning landlines and mobile. Left many messages and spoke to someone twice who would always say we will call you back but never did. I GAVE UP. John in Bray.

There are honestly not enough words I can write here to show my gratitude!!! We ordered 2 large solar blinds for our extension and as promised they arrived by the due date………then the amazing customer service kicked in even more. I was confident I could fit the blinds myself as it was only 4 screws per blind, but I just couldn’t get them to fit.
In a panic I WhatsApp’d Neil on Sunday evening asking for help & offering to pay for the installation.
Neil was at our house the next morning, fitted the blinds with ease & totally refused to take payment for the fitting!!!!
He was just happy that we were happy.
In a society where people don’t help other people it was a totally brilliant thing for him to do. 10/10 for amazing customer service……..Thank you Neil!!! (Dave & Karen)

I bought a velux blind and it arrived very quickly, I was able to fit it in less than 10minutes thanks to the video on the website and the instructions it came with, and best of all it looks great.
