I sent an initial email asking how these could be purchased in the States. From then on, I had a personal contact who assured me they were there for any need. They arrived promptly, just as ordered. These shoes are the best I have found in terms of Cloud shoes. They're just more cushioned and softer, which is why I hunted them down. I would HIGHLY recommend the shoe and the company!!

Bjorgk, is very easy to order from. They have a many different, sliders, slippers etc. To choose from, with lots of colour & size options. I find the items are very comfortable.

Bought a pair of sliders from this company about 3/4 years ago. Most comfortable footwear ever. Ordered another pair start of September to take on my holiday the first week of Oct. Sandals never arrived, sent email, replied all the usual sorry there's a problem with shipping blah blah. That's fine, things happen. When tracking the parcel it has apparently been from china to here and back, 8 times... I find that hard to believe.
It's is now the 13th NOVEMBER and I haven't even had so much as a sorry your parcel is delayed or nothing. I have now sent ANOTHER email to try and claim a refund.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, what way is this to run a business

It's very soft and cosy slippers I've ever had. Good for my mum's feet as she used to have plantar faciitis. She loves it so much.

I found my slippers very comfortable, have just bought a second pair. My only gripe is the feel of the uppers- could they not be made of a nice fabric material?

Efficient company that kept me in the loop during all process from order taken to transport of cloud slippers to me - these sleepers are literally amazing - soft warm comfortable and really helps with my foot pain to be so relieved thank you

Not the most attractive slippers but they make up for it in helping my foot pain and making it a lot more comfortable walking

Please beware. They are trying to charge £9.95 return fee for a £30 pair of slippers. I wish I had listened to all of the one star reviews.

A website easy to use and choose from many colours.Arrived a bit later than I expected,but good communication to put me at ease.The sliders are comfortable,good fit as my size 6 and good colour.Not as bouncy as I thought but comfortable and easy to wear and walk in.

These slide on sandals are amazing .
The cushioning underfoot is amazing .
Standing and walking around your feet feel encapsulated and walking is a breeze .
No foot pain . No discomfort up my right leg into my hip .

Good service. Somewhat comfy sandals but not till your feet got use to it which takes a while. On a hot day it sticks a bit to your feet and sometimes is hard to remove quickly if you are in a hurry and easy to trip over. If you leave in the hot sun it shrinks to as much as 1 size down. The huge name Bjorgk written on the inside of the sandals is very bad. No one wants to walk around stepping on that all the time, which spoiled the beauty of it. The flip flop version is not comfy on the toes at all.

Placed an order 25 August and still waiting for my delivery, despite me sending 3 emails. Just left a phone message; hoping someone will get back to me as I’m going on holiday in a few days and obviously need them!

These sliders are incredibly comfortable, perfect even for wider feet. The quality is consistent, and they feel just as great as the first pair. Plus, the delivery from the UK was impressively fast, only 3 days! No issues at all. Highly recommend for anyone looking for style, comfort, and speed.

have been emailing to try and sent items back but no response just getting same email your order is being despatched , i am very disappointed sandless are to small , flip flops are very uncomfortable ,
i would advise not to order form this company as customer services is non existent

Order my usual cloud slides but when they arrived they were too smal and weren't as comfortable as the pair I bought a few years ago. Trying to return it for a new pair , thw company does only return via Evri which is not operating in my location, hence had to pay postage myself via Royal Mail. The parcel went missing but Bjork is not sending me bigger size slides replacement as previously promised. Wasted £24.99 plus £3.9 p&p. The slides are made in China and not good quality for its price. Takes ages to deliver. Not worth it!

I now have 4 pairs! Bought the vibrant orange sliders a couple of years ago and bought some again recently. Very comfy, and love the vibrant colours. Have suggested to my neice to get some for her forthcoming travelling. Like the look of the new flip flops. Can see me getting some of those soon!

I have 3 pairs of these sliders all different styles and I find they help me tremendously as I have knee and plantar fasciitis problems which can be very painful therefore I find these sliders have helped me.

I received my sliders as stated in excellent condition. It was really easy to order and they emailed me to let me know when to expect them. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
