I wanted to return my order and get a…
I wanted to return my order and get a refund. Was ignored by customer support.
Almost a week passed and they finally responded.
Their office is in Brasil, so they asked me if I can send it there.
The website is dotuk, contact number is for USA and their office is in Brasil.
I ordered it because I thought the product is from UK. They should have foreseen such cases and made the return and refund policy clear and simple for all customers. Now I need to pay for delivery and God knows when it will be done. It took ages to receive this order.
