I telephoned for a quote yesterday as I wanted to know whether he could plaster my walls using black colouring in the plaster....OMGosh the derogatory outburst I received from him contained every racist term available, he was going on about footballs, implying that another derogatory and more racists words he used to describe players, all I asked for was black plastering on my walls. I certainly will not be using him, I'd rather get someone from Kent who is a professional not a professional racist.

Where do I start. Turned up 4 days late stinking of marahuana and when I asked him where he’d been he told me to shut up or he’d rob me telly.
