The money is missing
Blackcatcard stolen my money in the past December. I was claiming my money a lot of times and only words , words, words.
In the last times already don’t answer to clients . They simply toke the mine and go . Never in my long life I saw more evident scam.

Bad support on chat
No SEPA transfer possible since more than 2 months and absolutely 0 informations.

Just tried to open an account but I’m once I gave all my details I have tried to get going and start moving money . BUT repeatedly I ha e tried to log on to the app and after the code is entered it just sits there not responding. Now I have read the reviews in here and I’m relieved I haven’t put any money in. Shame they have my personal details. However I have a number of accounts with challenger banks and I can see from the set up process that this just didn’t seem professional .

Faulty bank, no response
For whatever reason they ask me to, re registrate when I do that it tell me to repeat the same again
It tells me that I should wait maximum 48 hours, which have long passed.
The support it totally hopeless and cant tell me what problem and how long I should wait?

I'm encountering a significant challenge with address registration, and it seems your support team, while undoubtedly dedicated, lacks familiarity with the nuances of the Scandinavian paperless system.
Local Knowledge:
In Scandinavia, all identity verifications for government purposes are conducted through an app called MITID; the use of paper documents has long been obsolete. Your requirement for documents that we haven't utilized in years is puzzling.
Rigid Document Application:
I've submitted my passport, national ID, healthcare card, driver's license, tax documents, and even a gas bill, only to have them all rejected. Frankly, this feels absurd. Your support team's response stating, "The driver's license and passport do not contain your residential address. The health card document is not in the list of acceptable ones," demonstrates a lack of understanding of our local practices. In Scandinavia, neither driver's licenses nor passports typically feature addresses, and the health card is our primary physical ID with an address. The fact that these three cards together are deemed insufficient is confounding.
Typo:
An inadvertent typo led me to spell "Copenhagen" as "Copehagen," missing an "N." When I requested a correction, I was informed it was impossible, but the application could be rejected, allowing for the correction. However, the submitted document spelled the city name as "københavn" in the local language, adding to the rigidity of the process. Additionally, there was a discrepancy between the city name in the document ("Copenhagen") and the application form ("Copehagen").
I've attempted to register twice, but the process halted after scanning my passport, preventing me from updating my address.
Furthermore, during a chat session, the chat abruptly ended, forcing me to restart with support whose grasp of English was subpar.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues promptly.

Dear Blackcatcard team, it doesn´t help anybody to post the same reply to any concern from your customer. It´s even worse actually - it means you don´t read it properly, you just don´t care.
If you intend to lose as many customers as possible, just continue like this, the result will meet you very soon.

I joined Blackcatcard in March 2024 after a relatively smooth registration. Once an account has been established, I sent the first top-up there. After 3 days it wasn´t credited so I asked support (via chat) where the problem is. Well, the truth was that SEPA payments are not supported "at the moment" but this problem will be sorted out very soon. No, it wasn´t - it is April 2024 and still no SEPA payments are available.
In the meantime I received their card (nice design btw) but again a "technical problem" during card activation appeared. Not that much trouble for me as I can´t top up my account, so the card is useless so to so.
On April 8th 2024 I made another attempt to confirm that SEPA payments are already available (as promised in previous communication). No, they are not ...
Furthermore, all my personal data and account data were deleted from an application so I had to contact support again. Well, temporary technical issues (what a surprise!) ...
I decided to close my account because I don´t have any trust in this company anymore. My account will be closed within one month (!) and I am supposed to follow up the process in the application. Well, they locked my access immediately so no way how to follow up ...
Summary: unreliable and unpredictable company, think twice about sending your founds there

One star is exceeding my desired rating. Never experienced such an awful financial company. From day one being the 26th February the day I opened the account until today 6th April had an issue with the sepa transfers meaning they let you open the account yet you are unable to use it because you cannot transfer funds. Complete waste of time. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
