The guys that came out were great. I was stuck in the sun they picked me up bought me a chicken wrap and water and dropped me off to my location. Great service would definitely tell people to use them.

Was in a real bind - Onur made me feel looked after and sorted things out quickly. Very grateful for the support in a difficult situation! Was basically stranded on the A406. Truck came very quickly and situation resolved rapidly.

We were stuck at the side of the M25, which was pretty scary. Blackeaglerecovery were brilliant- picked us up and kept checking in with us to keep us updated on their ETA. Our driver was amazing - even stopped to buy us water. I would absolutely recommend Blackeaglerecovery without hesitation- they were the best.

Got sorted on my issues within 2 hours when my own roadside assistance did not cover it.
The pricing is on the higher end I felt, since they have VAT added to the price quoted, though I was very happy to get my car towed within 2 hours.
Overall very good experience.

I have never used a recovery company before so was a bit worried about what to expect. All I can say is that I would highly recommend this one to anyone. Will (didn’t catch his last name) could not have been more helpful, you can tell that the company is a very close run business that relies on good service and customer care. Outstanding! They were the only “24/7” outfit (having called 6 other firms prior to them) to respond to my call to get a car towed - Will was a really nice guy and did a great job - not cheap but not an easy recovery (car in ditch) - would have no hesitation in recommending them at all - obviously, they are not “based” in your local area (despite the clever advertising) but so what - if all those who are based in your local area can’t be bothered because it’s a Sunday, more credit to Black Eagle - thanks, Will!
