Called my insurance to find out that the multicar insurance I have didn't cover one specific car for recovery and that's the one that broke down. So called a recovery service. Maz was with me in about 40 minutes and they were reasonably priced at £180 and brought me something to drink to boot.

I had a great experience today with my car recovery. I got help in an hour, very fast and efficient. I was made feel at ease from the beginning by a very friendly young man. He was very confident and he delivered my car in the most professional way. Thank you so much!

Had to use Black Eagle Recovery recently when my car broke down, and I honestly couldn’t fault the service.

Quick to respond, kept me updated on arrival times, and made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. The driver was friendly, professional, and took great care when loading and transporting my car.

Really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend Black Eagle Recovery to anyone who needs a reliable recovery service. Hopefully I won’t need them again anytime soon, but if I do, they’ll be my first call.

Fantastic Service.
I found this company's details on the web. I was in need of same day recovery of a 'dead' vehicle. Black Eagle recovery provided this service within a couple of hours. The price I was quoted was cheaper than other prices I had been quoted. The driver/operator was very polite, winching my dead vehicle onto his recovery truck showing great skill and application to get my vehicle onto the truck. This was all completed in under twenty minutes. The vehicle was recovered to a dealership at which point the operator sent photos and rang me to confirm the vehicle had been delivered. I would highly recommend this company.
