The quality of the jeans are amazing and the ability to choose the length. I recently bought as the sanders shoes that perfectly macth the NW1 model.

Staff were very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful choosing the right style, size, and length, which can be tricky as raw denim is quite stiff and takes time to break in and fit properly. It was great to see the different stages the denim goes through displayed to get a better idea of what the jeans will look like further down the line. They are fantastically well made and the choice in style and cloth should cater for most physiques (if not, they have a bespoke service). Also, albeit not essential, the atmosphere in the shop is very relaxed and welcoming.

Not only are their products of a totally. amazing quality but the service goes above and beyond. I was given detailed and careful advice to ensure I got just the right match. There was no rush, no push to sell, but rather a pride in the product and the care to ensure I got the best jeans I possibly could. So pleased with the pair I finally bought, when I’d just gone in to browse.

Outrageously great service and fabulous quality repair… oh yes it was free as well.

From start to finish a perfect shopping experience. I’ve never spent this much on a pair of jeans so a little bit hesitant. Just the right balance of listening to me and offering advice and hey presto … after a 30 minute walk and coffee in KX new pair of jeans ready to go.

I had to have my jeans taken in for repairs. The service was quick and people were very friendly.

My guy knew when to come forward, and when to stand back. Good recommendations. Easy fitting and hem taken up quickly. Very good experience.

Service from the team is amazing. Initially went in to be fitted with a pair of NW1s, they were more than happy to get me fitted and measured. I ordered the jeans online a few weeks later and couldn't be any happier. Advice from the team online have been great too, especially comparing the fit between the different models (picked up a pair of NW8 stay black shortly after its release and only to their advice I was confident to order them without trying them). There aren't many quality jeans manufacturers anymore and for them to be made locally in the UK makes it even more special!
