Wow, firstly, shame on me for buying a car from here.
Utter disbelief. Viewed a black 2018 Insignia Grandsport, low mileage and decent bodywork. Advised on the test drive to assess the adblue as the warning was present on the dash - requested them to refill and take it for a good drive to ensure the issue was not the system itself (expensive fix). Collected the car and within 10 miles the warning re-appeared. Pulled into some services on the M62, telephoned and asked how much adblue was put in and the response was that it was on the to do list, and looks like it wasn't done - put some in and see how it goes. Spent £35 on adblue (services prices!) only to find 3 litres went in. Phoned back up on arrival at home only to be barked at 'should have bought a warranty' - so I advised the vehicle would be returned as the sales conditions were not met. Also - the engine bay bulkhead had a nice set of mechanics pipe clamps in too. Overdue service and cambelt (which I decided I can do - but never the less, these things SHOULD be done).

*SELLERS BEWARE* Blackline Motors submitted the winning bid via Carwow. It was over my reserve so I went ahead and arranged the inspection and collection. When the inspector arrived the first question was if my car had had a recent diagnostic report. Having then inspected and test driven the car he claimed the naturally occurring carbon deposits in the exhaust tail pipe were "sooty" and indicated that there was an oil leak, it was burning oil and the head gasket was about to blow. At which point he insinuated that engine warning lights had been deleted.
They then made an offer of almost half of their winning bid. Rejected of course.
For context I had an independent report done on the car which has been meticulously maintained and this confirmed the claims made by the inspector were false and misleading.
It felt like a scam, I have since sold the car for a fair market price through a more reputable service

Sold a car through Motorway & had Nav collect this within 48 hours of confirmation. Yes, as expected the price was reduced but only to a truer reflection of what the car would be worth around it’s book price.

Nav was transparent with the fault codes & allowed me to follow him closely throughout the whole process.

Taking a test drive at midnight was an experience but thoroughly enjoyable, Nav was open, honest and after a long day for himself ensured the process was explained fully.

Would be pleased to recommend their services as a whole.

Keeps going into limp mode
Only response u got off this company is your 30 days are up.
Also the car is mapped that sold me.
I wasn’t told this untill I put the car into Audi to get it checked over.

Absolute con men wouldn’t buy a thing off them.
And for every bad review people put up they counteract them with fake 5 star reviews!
Absolute joke off a company I’m currently seeking legal advise on what I can do about this peice off crap car they sold me!

I bought a 330d X-Drive from Blackline at a very reasonable price, on the test drive, everything was fine, car behaved as expected, it was only after driving it a few days that I noticed there was an issue with it when the engine was warm. I took it to my local BMW dealership for a service and diagnostics on the fault and found it required a replacement transfer box.

After a few emails, we agreed to have the repair completed by a transmission specialist local to me, they sent me a number to call, I booked it in and the repair was completed at a time convenient for me.

I have now had the car for a couple of months and I am over the moon with it.

Easy and simple process to buy the car, as with every used dealer I went to see, they offered me peanuts for my part exchange, which I sold privately for 5 times what I was offered, but that wasn't just these guys, that was everywhere I took it.

After dealing with the fault on my car with absolutely no fuss, nothing was a problem for them, and they have dealt with everything brilliantly.

I work in the motor trade and have worked at Prestige Retailers for a number of years and the customer service I have had from Blackline has been better than I would have expected from most of the "Prestige" retailers I have experience with.
