We really had a fantastic experience with this company. We did a family trip and were a big enough group that it would have warranted multiple Ubers. I was shocked at how easy to schedule and how reasonably priced black ride was. They were incredibly responsive even when I reached out to confirm the day of, I heard back within an hour. The drivers were punctual and professional. The whole experience was lovely.

Blackride provided transportation from Ft. Lauderdale airport to the Miami Port and from the Miami Port to the Miami airport. This transportation was to a cruise that I provided for my family although I did not personally use Blackride as I drove. It was very important that everything we well for them and I they were blown away by the drivers and the vehicles. GREAT JOB!

What can I say! Our Chauffeur was timely ,friendly and accommodating. She communicated with me as soon as my flight landed and where we would meet.
This was my first time using Blackride for I wanted a different experience for my friends and I since were vacationing at South Beach! Thank you so much !

This place is a class act! Our driver Radnal was on point, he arrived on time (early even) to get us to the port in plenty of time! And picked us up with the same great service. I highly recommend using this place for any transportation needs.

We recently used Blackride for 3 separate trips in Miami before and after a cruise. The service and communication were excellent. The Sprinter Vans were clean and had more than enough room for our 6 passengers and 7 pieces of luggage. I highly recommend Blackride for your private transportation needs.

We were picked up at the airport by Cybele she was so friendly and as we were exhausted from a red eye flight it was nice to get into a comfortable car to ride to our destination! She be provided Ice Cold water I for the ride which was much appreciated! Her driving was very good and we would definitely use Blackride again based on our experience!!

They confirmed pick-ups promptly when we flew in, with drivers who were punctual, courteous, and exceptionally helpful. Their VIP service made our experience enjoyable. Already booked them again for an upcoming cruise with a Sprinter van. Best service I've experienced in a long time!

Highly recommend transportation service. From my very first interaction they were extremely professional, timely, and made the entire process so easy. Traveling is cumbersome enough but having no worries about getting to and from was such a relief. The chauffeurs communicated with us prior to pick up to coordinate location. Clean and comfortable Suburban with luggage assistance to fit the needs of our group. I will definitely use this company again!!!

Our pick up will be on July 13. I received a call on June 13 requesting our location for the eight of us & informed your driver he had the wrong date. Will be excited for driver on Saturday, July13th at 9:30.
