The drivers were on time, even a little early, and very professional. We received a text when they arrived and they loaded our luggage with care. The rides were very smooth we enjoyed the experience. We would definitely recommend Blackride to everyone.

We were delayed at MIA by almost an hour and our driver was very patient and readily kept in contact with us. We were greeted with a smile and he graciously assisted with our bags. Our pick up was met with the same efficiency and most importantly on time. The vehicles were very clean and the extras ordered were made available. The ordering process was seamless and staff was very easy to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely be using the service whenever travelling.

Excellent service from first contact to inquire about obtaining services to final drop off at Miami Airport. All of the representatives were professional and courteous, and very patient. Driver waited for us at the cruise terminal when some in our group of 9 were delayed in the long customs line. The van was clean and spacious, big enough to accommodate 9 with luggage. I highly recommend Blackride.

WE hired Black Ride for two trips... One from FLL airport to Miami then a return trip from Miami cruise port to a hotel FLL. They were very prompt, Called ahead to see where you where. We would certainly use them again.

My initial phone call was handled with professionalism and made me feel confident in my decision. Our driver was Silvana who drove us from Ft Lauderdale airport to our hotel in Miami. She was a great driver with helpful wisdom of Miami and even assisted us in picking up earlier than scheduled! I would use this company in a heartbeat anytime!

I will start with booking my ride. I entered my information on their website and received a response within 30 minutes. I was provided a quote and booked my ride. I scheduled a pickup for 10:30 AM she arrived around 10:35. In all fairness it was pouring rain that day. Our chauffer was Silvana, she text to let us know she was on the way and another to let us know she arrived. She was very professional and got us to the Port of Miami on time. We were picked up in a Chevy Suburban. I was a little worried that our luggage would not fit. It was four of us with 6 pieces of luggage and a wheel chair. Silvana worked a miracle and everything fit, (wish I had a photo). I also scheduled our return trip from the Port of Miami back to our residence. On this trip our driver was Edward. Edward was very professional as well and delivered us home safe and sound. Both drivers offered us a cold beverage. I will definitely book with this company in the future and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Blackride Transportation was perfect for our ride to and from the airport in Fort Lauderdale. It was well worth the money to comfortably fit 7 girls and luggage conveniently in one van. The van itself was super nice and clean as well. Each individual I spoke with through email or on the phone were very nice and super helpful. They were very responsive from booking to drop off and were very understanding if changes needed to be made prior to pick up. Both our drivers were spectacular. Our driver who picked us up got out of the car with such energy holding our sign that it really made our start of the trip really great.

All employees were great, including the drivers. They were flexible and professional during the entire process. Our flight was delayed several times coming from PIT to FLL for our cruise @ Miami Terminal. The communication with the drivers were necessary and appreciated. The cost of the service was reasonable.
