I would recommend Blackride a 10000 times to people needing a transfer from the airport or from one place to another!
We booked for a group of 9 with luggage from Orlando to Miami. Communication was faultless I had a few queries and they gave me a call and made me feel at ease and safe with the booking. I emailed the night before just to make sure everything was still good to go and they got back to me straight away.
Our driver arrived on time and helped with our luggage, when we arrived into Miami he even played the will smith song which made it that little bit more special… we arrived a little earlier to allow for traffic so our driver took us to see a few additional places that we wouldn’t have had time to see before we boarded our cruise.
If we were to ever need any transfers or transports again I would not hesitate and I would book straight with blackride.

It was a great experience. Our driver was there early to pick us up. Had a car seat ready for my granddaughter. Got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Would use them again

Blackride made our trip so incredibly easy! I originally booked a sprinter van to take a group of us from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami for a boat charter.. they were so responsive and reasonably priced that we ended up booking them for a second trip at last minute for another outting. The vans were clean, the drivers were friendly and helpful, and everyone was great at communicating thoroughly and quickly ! I’d definitely recommend them to anyone visiting the area and would definitely utilize them again in the future !

First time drive from Miami airport to Naples at 12:30AM. Driver was excellent. Very professional, punctual, and stayed in contact as our plan landed and waiting for our luggage.

We had a great time. Very nice shuttle van. Driver was on time. Drove safely. Got us to the port at the correct time and helped us with our bags.

Needed a ride at the last minute to Royal Carribean Miami cruise port. Had a ride for 6 passengers and baggage within 20 minutes. Made our embarkation window with room to spare. The free shuttle at the hotel was still there when we got picked up. Will use BlackRide in the future for all our transfer needs. And the price is right.

Excellent experience first time! Not knowing the exact exit time from Royal Caribbean Cruise Port, I pre-reserved for our pickup at a much later time. It was great that the Blackride driver reached out earlier and relieved us from stranded at the port for a long time. Driver also helped us complete our excursions timely. We reached the airport with ample time for flight departure. Compliment to the well kept vehicle, it is clean and equipped with bottle water for thirst. Definitely our compliment to the driver. He was very courteous and pleasant. We also felt safe with his attention on the road. I highly recommend Blackride, will definitely rebook again. E.S.

We had a close call with our flight landing in Miami and making it to our Cruise on time at Port of Miami. We were stuck on the tarmac for 2 hrs due to weather. Armando was amazing and provided exceptional customer service! If it wasn't for Armando and Blackride, we would have missed our Cruise!

We used Blackride for our transportation to/from our home in Florida to the Ft Lauderdale airport. This was the start and end of a family vacation that had been planned for over a year. Not only was David, our driver, on time at 4am when we needed to leave, he was helpful in loading our luggage and us in a safe and courteous manner. Coming home he kept in communication with us as he waited for us to be ready at the airport. Once again he was helpful and courteous to a group of 13 who were tired and ready to be home.
