Very bad experience, shipping time from 9days to 3 weeks. Sunglasses received are not sunglasses but glasses slightly tinted... Customer service slow and not helpful at all... Simply not worth it.

We have reviewed your claim and indeed, you have ordered a gradient tint on the glasses, which is of course not the same a full sunglass tint. Our customer service team, which has replied to all your emails timely, has reviewed this for you and confirmed that the gradient tint that you have asked for, has indeed been correctly applied on the order. We do not understand the comment of the customer service team not being helpful however. Maybe this comes from the fact that you expected a different solution or outcome? Je had hiervoor normaal gezien ook op 10/01 een email ontvangen met daarin het verzendnummer, zodat je het pakket kon volgen. Met vriendelijke groet.

The hostess in the pop up store in Paris was great! and so patient with so many demands. Did my order smoothly, it took some time to arrive and the product is good! Not sure for computer reading though but will see in a few days. For this price, you have very good quality in terms of spectacle frame, and overall I recommend :)

In the last 3 months I have ordered four glasses and I have a GREAT experience with Blacksheep. The glasses are really nice and of good quality. The price for glasses with lenses (progressive vision) is incredibly affordable.
Rina from the customer service team is really kind and helped me a lot with her quick response. I will definitely order again.

Incorrectly manufactured product…
Incorrectly manufactured product despite correct optician specifications.
I ordered glasses using accurate and professionally prepared specifications from my optician, which were provided clearly and multiple times before production. Despite this, the glasses were manufactured incorrectly: the left/right orientation is wrong, meaning the glasses can only be worn upside down. This makes them completely unusable.
I raised concerns about this issue several times in advance and gave sufficient opportunity to verify or correct the specifications. These concerns were not properly addressed. Communication was slow and responses did not deal with the actual issue.
For a product based on professional optical specifications, I expected proper quality control and accountability. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for a response regarding my reclamation and refund request.
