This is the second time we have purchased a Skateboard from Black Sheep Store, the advice and knowledge is excellent with the best price in the country and free delivery to boot!
All the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable they were very patient and responded to all my emails in minutes. The Custom Skateboards arrived completely built for free and very quickly. Harry was particularly helpful answering emails at 10 pm at night and on a Sunday morning, I'm not sure he gets a rest haha.
We will definitely be using the Black Sheep Store again for all our skateboards in future, so happy with our purchases thanks Black Sheep :)

Recently bought a skateboard complete for my niece from Black Sheep after being a skateboarder myself for many years. Customer service was amazing. You can tell these folks have years of experience in the skateboard industry. Board was promptly dispatched and dealing with Harry and Barbara was a pleasure. Will use again!

Appalling company to have to deal with, ordered a Tony Hawks helmet and pads for my Grandsons Birthday. The box they arrived like they had been kicked around the warehouse. I contacted this company and asked if they had a replacement box at the least as this was for a gift, The responder said "It wouldn't be environmentally friendly and it doesn't matter as the box would be thrown away anyway?! It was evident this was packaged and sent in this state, as well as being crushed the box was also ripped! After numerous messages trying to resolve this the woman was sarcastic, unprofessional rude and nasty. Not the way customers should be treated. Avoid this company and save yourself a headache! Needless to say their tatt is on it's way back........ Thank you for your response, I would be happy to share your courteous responses on here. Don't send out damaged stock knowing full well its below par and blame the courier and not forgetting your add on eBay stated courier to be Royal mail when infact you use Hermes!! but how could they possibly tear the box when it was wrapped in numerous layers of black cellophane? this has been noted in a few of your reviews. Then have the cheek to say the box would be thrown anyway! This was a gift! Take the criticism and learn from it, make the necessary changes, improve your service maybe? Not blame the customer for a bad review.

Excellent service from start to finish. Wanted a complete build and love the upgrade options. Harry was great too with any queries I had. 10 out of 5 stars all the way !

So I’m pretty dumb and it was my first time using this website & Harry was so lovely in helping me getting the right board and the right size because, I being an idiot ordered the wrong size. He was very patient with helping me and was the best customer adviser I’ve had.

Best skate shop up north. I've placed 3 orders and all delivered very quick with no issues. Email notifications of delivery are very helpful. Top service, fair prices and good range of stock. I work in retail that does mail order, so I can see these guys know their stuff, and have a system to turnaround web orders quick which is what customers want. 5 stars from me. Professional and friendly.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Black Sheep, I ordered a skate board via Amazon for my grandson but unfortunately he had asked his mum for the same board, he ended up with two! I had my ema account hacked and passwords changed !! So was unable to access Amazon emails, Black Sheep took control of this situation, explained fully how to return the board to them and they would arrange the refund, which they did....... the only problem was I had to contact Amazon to advise them about the return and they then set a bad mark against BLACK SHEEP which was completely unfounded! I would happily and while heartedly recommend using Black Sheep to anyone wanting skate boards or skate wear, it arrives in good time and exactly the item published and the returns policy is perfect......... Harry is just little gem, so helpful..... I will be using them for my Grandsons birthday pressie requests in the future (but will agree with my daughter what she is buying first!) 🤦‍♀️ But I deffo recommend for great service - Maggie

We contacted blacksheep as we wanted a skateboard for our daughter but needed some advice, they were great really helpful and we ordered our skateboard to be delivered the next day. Great service great skateboard

Fast, friendly and helpful customer service. And good product.

I ordered a pair of Theeve TiAX v3 5.0 trucks that never actually come. I believe that the company never actually sent them to begin with honestly, after contacting them a week later, I spoke to Harry who wasn't all too helpful, saying they had already sent them (which I assume is a complete lie) and said that they were out of stock in the entirety of the UK. Generally it was like messaging a child due to how terribly the emails were formatted and how mediocre grammar was.

I did receive a refund but I don't think I would've got one of I hadn't been so pushy with my emails. I was interested in supporting this brand but sadly they've lost a customer. If something isn't in stock, don't display it as so and lie when messaging the customer.

Ordered a few times from them, really good & fast service.
Would be 5 stars if they did free returns.
They do Klarna which is great, but not the pay over 3 months option which is a shame.

Made an order there was something wrong somehow, the guys fixed it really quickly and i was about to click and collect within a few hours. Great selection of products ill be shopping here again when lockdown ends

Ordered shoe goo. With next day delivery. After a week nothing turned up. Contacted store via email address they gave in my order receipt, no response.

I tried calling their number and the automatic message just said to email them

Had to do a PayPal dispute, as no response from email or phone, several days after they just refunded me, no apology or explanation.

Ghost company with nobody there!

Also to add, I have been weeks trying to get this review out, they keep trying to censor it by reporting it as a breach of trustpilots guidelines. That shows you what kind of people they are.

Ordered a complete but with upgrades, the wheels I wanted were held up in customs but Black Sheep kept me informed all the way and even sent me my set up with their Black Sheep wheels and my Lowdown’s at no extra cost. Brilliant service and this is now the only Skate shop I will use. Cheers
