Only improvement would be better instructions on how to track the delivery. The email didn't state which site to enter the tracking number into. Since it was UK mail bag it, I figured out which site to go to but maybe stick a link to the site in the email.

Ordered two items the same in error and received phonecall to say I would be refunded. one was more expensive than the other as ordered from different sites (even though same company) and they happily refunded more expensive one. Great customer service...definitely recommend.

I'd been looking for this product for a while found them here and had them the next day for £1.50 delivery and you get a txt to tell you when it's coming and it's an hour slot so you no when to be in and your not waiting allday. The price was right aswell.

They accidentally missed one thing that I ordered as I asked for the same piece to be put on the complete skateboard (palace gti deck 👌) and for another set to be delivered separately. An honest mistake that was easy to make, I rang them up and within 2 minutes on the phone, they had sorted it out and the part arrived within a few days, free of charge of delivery etc 😊 one very happy customer and I'm sure I'll use their services regularly in the future.
