The robots do not work longer term. Blackswan FX, Set & Forget Bot or his new "Truthful trading".
Ben is a classic bullshitter & in classic entrepreneurial fashion changes things every 5 minutes, business names, strategies, bots, everything regularly. He makes things seem like they can be made to work with the correct attitude but once questioned he cannot provide solutions. Someone else paid for my subscription and we are out of pocket. The community knows it and that's why everyone stopped talking. Look elsewhere for working systems with better support. Namely from Darren.

I do not get a kick out of writing a bad review and it’s not personal. It’s about your product, trading is hard and I think that others should be aware of how you carry out your business. You need the correct setup and support. The fundamental key is each person should be able to backtest each set file themselves to find alpha and their edge. This wasn’t even possible for the most part. Plus then adjusting this every few months. You did provide some set files, this but then things didn’t work when copied or on live. You cannot do this in a set-and-forget method.

Additionally, if I write an honest review about your product and I have 4 months left of the …product I have paid for, why would your company block me on the Blackswan FX discord and the Truthful trading discord ? I have no intention of commenting on there, that is not my style.

I want to share my deeply disappointing experience with BlakSwanFX, specifically with its founder, Ben. When I initially joined, Ben assured me during a live video that the service would be a lifetime subscription. However, without any warning or justification, this was changed to a one-year subscription, completely disregarding the promises made at the start. This feels like nothing more than a bait-and-switch tactic.

Even worse, my back office still shows that my Funded Lab access is active until November 30th, but when I confronted Ben about the inconsistency, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he reacted aggressively. Rather than resolving the matter, he uploaded two videos to a public channel to insult me, all because I raised my concerns in a direct message. This unprofessional behavior is truly shocking.

Ben’s refusal to take any criticism or resolve issues appropriately is only the tip of the iceberg. All of BlakSwanFX’s bots are pure trial and error. There’s no way to become a consistent trader using them. The bots are unreliable, and their performance is highly inconsistent—far from what any serious trader would expect.

To make matters worse, the signals provided by BlakSwanFX are utterly useless. Following their signals will only lead to blown accounts. I’ve seen firsthand how poorly they perform, and they’ve caused more losses than gains. It’s clear that the signals are not backed by any solid strategy, and trusting them is a fast track to disaster.

Ben's unwillingness to engage in constructive communication or handle complaints maturely is a huge red flag. After politely requesting a resolution via email, he not only declined but also deactivated my ability to respond. His erratic and unprofessional behavior is beyond belief.

In my opinion, BlakSwanFX is nothing short of a scam. The founder is dishonest, quick to change terms, and lashes out publicly at anyone who challenges him. Their bots are a joke, and their signals are a waste of time and money. I have screenshots proving the inconsistencies in their service, and I strongly urge anyone considering BlakSwanFX to steer clear. This company is bound to fold—it’s just a matter of time.

BSFX is truly a Black Swan in the trading world! This isn't just another trading service-it's a game-changer. I've been with Blackswan for 3 years now and have received over $100k in payouts, its nice when you've got an owner who can actually trade creating bots!

It's like building a house brick by brick. You need to carefully construct your accounts, follow the blueprint, and manage you risk. With consistency, the results will come. I've been funded a couple of times now and looking forward to the future.

You'll need to check in the bots a couple of times each week, making adjustments for challenge passes or kicking off new ones. I'm really pleased with how it performs. I manged pass my first challenge in just a week. This definitely has a lot of promise.

First off.. you should note the response from the owner of this company on every 1 star review, that should tell you enough to stay away. God forbid you're unsatisfied with the site and let people know your experience on trustpilot.

He advertises a bot for futures firms like Apex, and once you get in the discord and watch the videos, the settings are a guessing game. If you don't already have advanced experience with trading bot, you're not any better off than trading on your own. Secondly, APEX does not allow bots on their site yet he constantly advertises passing Apex. People on the discord were not being paid out and lost accounts because they put Blackswans bot on their Apex accounts.

Third, and you'll see a lot of complaints in other reviews, is the sketchy aspect of canceling a subscription. When you sign up, there is a video saying to just click cancel, no problem, and when you're actually a subscriber and want to cancel, that button is simply not on your profile, and customer service doesn't help, and you have to go to the third party company to cancel the subscription. Hard to believe this isn't foul practice done on purpose. Scam alert.

You really want to sub to a guy who berates every customer who doesn't like his product? I don't. There's much better services and educational platforms out there. Don't fall for the ads

It will never be the fault of the company, only the customer. That’s not customer service or listening, that’s how scam operations talk.

I tried a monthly membership with them and didn’t get anywhere.

I later signed up for funded lab for one year. I have followed all the guidelines and watched all the videos and tried multiple set files. I have not passed a single challenge. In fact, it has failed many of them. These are set files that are showing passing rates of 99 and 100%.

I am sure the response to me will be that I didn’t follow it properly or I didn’t understand it or I didn’t do the work. It’s pretty easy to blame victims.

Ben seems to be a nice guy and customer service always responded to my messages, but rather rudely.

I also tried the black Swan FX signal service. Not worth a penny. Maybe one signal every two days and most of them miss entry.

Update: I moved this review to 1 star. Soon after I put this review up, I got banned and removed from
Black swans signal channel. I didn’t know they were such babies that can’t take constructive criticism. If they could figure out who I was they could surely email me and discuss.

Worst customer service. Very rude and doesn't respond to his messages. Ben is a fraud and he pays people inside of his little community.

He doesn't respond to his messages and tries to play the victim card which is completely unacceptable when he is running this sort of business. Tried to book a Calendy call but it won't even work.

He keeps editing his messages just shows how much of a unprofessional he is.

What I like the most about the services that Ben offers is the constant innovation. Always forward and upwards. Never sitting on the sidelines, allowing the market to dictate what happens next. Also, he utilizes a systematic approach. I think some forget that in the world trading, there are going to be losses but if you follow the system, the risks are mitigated in your favor. If you fail, it's likely because you didn't do things as you were supposed to or expected success to come fast or without any losses.

If you're looking for a place to make additional income in the world of trading, this is a great place to be if you approach things the right way, with the right mindset. Plenty of people have had success here and their journeys are there for all to view. The ups, the downs, the highs and lows. No hiding of anything. If that's not enough proof for you, then I don't know what would be.

I'm going to be with Blackswan FX for a long time to come.

I have used Bens EA - Phantom for the past year, I've also bought funded labs to create my own files and test them. This EA has generated me over £100,000 in the past year alone. The key was following his blueprint of adding prop accounts consistently!

Ben also has crested a brilliant community on discord to help and support. He is also brilliant at helping people having trouble getting the EA to work.

I can't recommend Ben and his EA’s enough, with an industry of so many scammers and fakes, it refreshing to know Ben is to have hope that there are people honestly trying to help others!
