Some of my furniture took a bit of a beating. I bought my bedframes new and assembled them personally so I know they were not dinged like they were post move. I didn't like that my bed mattresses were slid onto the dirty floor of the truck with no covering at all.

The men were very helpful, polite, and on time to my location. They took care packing my furniture and unpacking and placing where I asked. I used Black Tie moving twice now and highly recommend them and will use again if needed.

The team was on time, efficient, friendly, and fun! They called me when they were on their way, which I appreciated. The guys moved quickly and safely. They were training a new staff member and I heard them coaching and explaining super well, obviously care very much about the job and training new staff to high standards. I would highly recommend! I was quoted a lower price by the previous Operations manager and ended up paying $300 more than expected. I was expecting someone to come before the movers came to pack up extra items which slowed down the time for the movers.
