The Guys were respectful and Courteous, and Was about there Business, they handled our Personal itens with Extreme Care, Excellent job on Packing and unpacking and takng our beds down and reputting them back up again

The best!! I will only ever move with Black Tie Movers! The service and the team were sensational.

Overall very happy with the service! The move coordinator was very friendly and helpful. Loading/unloading was quick and the team did a great job wrapping things up and making sure everything was protected and secured. Only thing that broke was a little crack in the lid of one of the plastic storage bins, but I'm not really bothered about it considering nothing else was damaged. Really my only complaint was I wish there was a little more communication from the team regarding timing - the delivery time was estimated at 9-10am 2 days after loading, but I had to call them when I hadn't heard anything by 11:30. The delay wasn't a big deal in and of itself, just made me a little anxious when I didn't hear anything from them. But otherwise very happy with how the job was done.

Worked hard, fast and were extremely courteous.

The crew, Justin, Crews and Josh were polite, respectful, careful and hard working. Great job. Will call again when I have a move.

Excellent service and everything was in great shape.

All went well w the move from Del to NC. Edward, D’Andre and Dwayne were pros moving/wrapping furniture. They worked hard the entire time and had great attitudes no matter the size or weight of the object being moved. Matt was very helpful w the intro and logistics,keeping in touch during the weeks up to the move and working w our schedule

Movers made it easy. Very polite, needed some guidance for safety but overall a very positive experience. Managers should ensure movers have and use sweat rags so that they don't sweat all over owner's possessions. Movers should have box cutters and other equipment to manage the move.

They made damage on the floor during the moving out.

Curtis and Josh were wonderful. They were efficient, professional, and so nice. They made the whole experience easy.

Anthony was great but other guy lacked professionalism and was not very hardworking. Also the time they took was much more than needed they moved so slow. Anthony was great tho and was communicative and everything. However other guy slowed down the whole time and sucked at his job
