The guys did a wonderful job.
And they were two of the nicest guys.
They made a plan of who was doing what and worked until it was done.
No one stopped.
And I’m amazed of the packing process they use. Blankets and cling wrap.
The truck was packed securely and nothing was damaged.
It was a long day. Not only did they drive 8 hours, they worked very hard.

Communication was great from start to finish! Made the appointment, scheduled the moving date, got calls from when they are showing up and what to expect from the movers.

Professional and willing to accomodate all our needs. Flexible with great attitudes.

On time, went right to work loading up at our house in Delaware. Next day, showed up on time, went right to work unloading at our new house in Pennsylvania. Malique, Ed ad Randy took good care of our items, moved them with care and placed all the boxes where we needed. It was hot, humid and they had to manage two sets of stairs, one up and one down. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result. We would highly recommend Black Tie Movers for your next move.

We recently used Black Tie for a local move in the Huntsville, Alabama area. Jay and his crew of four other polite and professional (as well as incredibly strong!) made short work of our extremely heavy and awkward furniture. No dings or scratches in either place and all the pieces/parts were thoughtfully separated and obvious. I was active duty for more than 25 years and have moved all over the world. This was the best experience by far. Wish Black Tie had been available for my other moves! Well done. Highly recommended.

The movers werte wonderful. The disappointing thing was they were supposed to arrive at a certain time. However they did not arrive until a3 hours after the arrival time and no one called to inform of the delay. I had to call to inquire if they were still coming.

Lack of communication between management and movers regarding the job. When the movers arrived they were unaware that they needed to pack a few rooms and they were unaware they were moving to two different locations. Careless with my belongings in packing and moving. At one point one of the movers wiped his brow on my uncovered mattress! There is a lot of damage to the walls and furniture. The movers were told to pack the truck properly to move belongs to a separate storage unit and my new house and they got that wrong too- everything is mixed up!
I requested a call from an executive or owner- I am absolutely disappointed that I have not received a call.

Second time using Black Tie. I was satisfied both times.
