Great workers!! They only stopped a few minutes for pizzas that we got them. They were able to get all of our furniture in a POD. Devon wasn't sure it would all fit when arriving. Mason did not come out and check the size of our apt. or how much we had even after I tried to tell him we are in a larger apt. We also were at the end of the hall. He quoted us a much lower price than we were charged because he did not want to come and check us out. We were not pleased with the price increase. Yes, we had a third man, but if we would have had two, they would not have finished that day.

The team were great to work with and handled my project with care. There was minor damage to a sculpture and to a wall , which is what made this a 4 start and not 5 star review.

The great personality of the moving crew made tis experience very good.
The reacted very well to all the ideocracies of our personally difficult drastically downsizing movie from a large house to a senior apartment.
A suggestion for future improvement would be to use hanging wardrobe boxes so that the clothes do not get as wrinkled

Black Tie Moving always does a superior job on any move I do with them. They always send the most polite and hard-working teams. Today, Joseph and Angelo did a great job, even considering the heat. They moved quickly and got our move done with ease.

Movers were great and very professional even though they damaged by dropping a table. My Bill fixed the furniture with amazing touch. Loved him. As far as the communication between texts and emails from Black Tie it was a shitshow with way too many reaches out like 10-15 in two days. It has to stop and the folks that I mentioned this to seems to blame it on your terrible software.

First, they won my business because I could talk to a human immediately on the phone. I live in Florida and was looking for packing services for my 87-year old father, who is also an Army veteran. The pricing was fair, and they did an OUTSTANDING job taking care of my dad in my absence. My father was extremely pleased with their services, and I even caught him joking with the workers.

Movers were very pleasant and helpful. I had to have furniture moved away from windows for new window installation, and also rearranged furniture for better flow in the house. They did a great job!

The entire team was considerate and helped to answer any and all questions I had. And I have to say - I love the shirts!

Great team. They work well together to pitch in as necessary to keep things moving efficiently. Very conscientious and professional throughout the move. They would be my first choice if I had to move again.

estimate 5100+ down payment 3400 ...lost it ....movers locked my stuff and held it hostage...police... cost $2500 cash more to get my goods back in the garage.. movers had nothing tied down ,not loaded near the way it needed all would have been trash.. i cant believe they let it happen .now iam afraid of moving industry SCAMM
