Bought a t shirt aged 4-5 years for my granddaughter - 3 in November. Absolutely tiny and would not fit . So had to return and pay postage. Their sizing is well out

In response to the reply below: I did contact customer services first and foremost because there were technical issues with the returns portal . I was issued with a printable label. No reference to my comment about the tiny sizing . You charged £5 for delivery of a lightweight item . No free returns. Yoi ard greedy and grabbing therefore I will not do business with you by asking for an exchange

I saw your product range on Facebook and loved the designs, so I ordered the highland cow shorts, t-shirt, sun hat and socks, as well as the Messy top and leggings for my grandson. They arrived a few days later and I was thrilled they fit perfectly and are a great quality. Very durable and wash well. Thank you

Loved all my purchases, when I first ordered them I messed my sizing ups so email them and they promptly put it right for me. Everything arrived very quickly and the quality seems really nice.. they will be going to Australia with me for my first grandchild.

Our order arrived quickly and in good condition. The leggings we ordered are very cute! More importantly they seem really comfortable and fit well over the washable nappies which we use. They are warm, but because they’re made from natural materials, our little one doesn’t get too hot if the sun decides to come out. Super quality and wash well. We love them! Thank you!

I bought the zog outfit for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. The quality of the design is amazing. Rather than just a sticker that will peel off and fade in the wash, this top has a cotton patch that will last and last.
