BladeHQ is who I order knives from. Always excellent customer service and the people there make sure you’re happy with your order. I accidentally left my code off because I was rushing to put my order in before my class came back from PE. And I forgot to put the code in. They did me a solid and shipped it to me anyway. That’s a great way to treat customers.

Great experience!!! As always, here at Blade HQ. I ordered a few knives because I wanted to know how they felt in hand and clipped to my pocket. Took a look, boxes then all back up (expert 1, btw, I'm loving my new LionSteel (M 390 blade steel) and hope it stays in my EDC slot for years to come. Much thanks!! :)

I ordered a knife, they sent it via the cheapest and worst delivery service FedEx, without a signature confirmation, without proof, the parcel simply didn't arrive anywhere, it doesn't exist, support refused to help me, shifted the blame

We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration with your delivery. After reviewing the order details, we can confirm that the package was successfully delivered to the freight forwarding address you provided and that it was delivered within the expected 3–7 business day time frame.
Because the shipment was completed to that address, we’re unable to file a claim or offer compensation on our end—you’ll need to contact the freight forwarder directly for further assistance, as they assume responsibility of the package once delivered.
For future orders, please note that signature confirmation is automatically included for packages over $500. For anything under that, a signature must be requested during checkout, and you may leave a request on the order.
