Best purchase I’ve ever made. Excited with my new phone case and already thinking about purchasing another one soon :)

Wide range of phone covers - my wife had already ordered two and I was impressed with the quality. More robust than cheaper versions, without being too clunky. Easy to fit, too. I ordered two "player" covers customisable with favourite album covers - these will wear over time as they're on the outside of the case rather than inside the protective cover, but I'm OK with that. Look good and would recommend the seller.

Very disappointing quality and poor customer service

I am unfortunately very disappointed with my experience with Blanc Space.

I previously purchased a personalised Blanc Space case for my wife’s iPhone and was extremely happy with it. The photo quality was excellent, which is why I decided to spend a considerable amount of money on another personalised case for my Samsung phone. Unfortunately, the difference in quality is huge.

The photos on the Samsung case are significantly darker and noticeably pixelated/grainy. Fine details are lost and the overall result simply does not look like a premium personalised case, especially considering the price.

I contacted customer service and sent them photos showing the issue. Their response was that Samsung cases are made from a different material and printing surface, and that they could not identify any difference in quality compared with their other Samsung cases. They therefore considered it a material characteristic rather than a printing defect.

I find this response very disappointing. Even if this is “normal” for their Samsung cases, customers have no reasonable way of knowing before ordering that choosing a Samsung case means receiving a noticeably poorer photo result than with an iPhone case. This difference should be communicated clearly before purchase. Simply saying that the case is consistent with other Samsung cases does not make the quality acceptable for the price.

What I find particularly frustrating is that Blanc Space refuses to cover the return shipping costs. I am expected to pay international return postage from Germany to the UK for a product whose quality I consider inadequate for the price, despite having made my purchase based on the excellent quality of another Blanc Space case.

The customer service has also been disappointing. Rather than trying to find a fair solution, I was offered either a standard return at my own expense or 40% store credit. Neither option feels appropriate when I have no interest in purchasing another case from the company.

I genuinely wanted to like this product, especially because my previous Blanc Space case was so good. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend the Samsung cases at this price point, and I am also disappointed with how the company handled my complaint.

Great product, easy to personalise. Case arrived promptly as well.

I brought two protective cases and a screen protector costing me £45. The first time my new mobile fell from a low bedside cabinet the screen smashed so the protective case did not protect my mobile or screen. I emailed blancspace and got an AI response's which basically me the cases were tested and there was nothing they could do. So I have now got to buy another case and screen protector to protect my mobile DONT waste your money go have a pretty case that WONT protect your mobile screen.

Beautiful, sturdy product. Quick shipping

The phone cases look very nice, but I didn't love the way they felt in my hand. I'm a bit particular about phone cases and prefer a smooth surface, while with these cases you can feel a slight raised texture on the designs. Not a big deal, just not my preference. Unfortunately, I live in the US and I did not realize that Blanc Space is based in the UK and does not provide prepaid return shipping labels, so the cost of paying for international shipping likely isn't worth it. If you're in the US, just keep this in mind before you place an order.

Very frustrating returns experience

I ordered two phone cases from Blanc Space as part of a Buy One Get One Free promotion and paid £33.93 in total.

I decided to return the whole order (as I’d accidentally ordered the wrong size) and put both cases together in the same return parcel. However, I believe the online returns process only allowed me to select one of the items, presumably because the second was the free BOGOF item.

I was then refunded just £3.01. Initially customer service gave me a very confusing explanation involving a £23.96 “tax adjustment”. After I challenged the calculation, it was referred to a human support team.

I have now been told that their warehouse only received one case. I know that I put both cases into the same parcel, but unfortunately I didn't photograph the contents before sealing it, so I have no way of proving this.

I have asked Blanc Space to investigate whether the second case could have arrived but not been recorded because the returns system only registered one item.

At present I have paid £33.93, returned what I believed to be my entire order, and received £3.01 back.

I'm hoping Blanc Space will investigate and resolve this, and I will update this review if they do.

4 cases arrived in good time and quality appears to be ok, however 3 of them appeared to have a sparkly design online but in reality have a flat matt paper like design, very disappointing for the price.

Good shipping time and quality product resonable priced

I loved BOGOF offer, communication was great, shipping was fast and the products feel like good quality.

Ordered through instagram as I saw a “BOGOF” offer. Browsing was very easy, checkout was easy. Kept me updated through the delivery process, arrived in great condition & very fast (2 days)

Excellent experience from order to receipt if goods. I was kept informed of the stage the order was at & when to expect it. Great communication which always helps.

Both cases were misprinted. Helpful (but long winded) customer service to send out new cases but same/ worse misprint. Disappointing quality at this price point and to return you have to have all original packaging etc (luckily I have this) but it feels an awkward returns policy that could catch people out. First time I have had to leave a bad review about a phone case ever, it feels like this company have a high price point for an inferior product

Took about a week to be dispatched but have been very happy with the cases since the arrived. They're great quality and feel really protective. The lens protector wasn't great as it only lasted a couple weeks before falling off and the adhesive drying out

The two cases what I've ordered are super great in quality, I am very satisfied! Delivery was also quick to Germany.
