Doesnt seem to last as long as i would think for price

I love the cases but after only a few months the design starts to come off or the frame around the camera comes off.
It does protect the phone well when dropping.

AVOID no communication/phone/refund.

I would advise ordering from here until they sort themselves out. I was expecting to wait as the order was placed during the busy period, but i was told this would ship by 30th Dec.

I have tried to get an update on my order by as people have said the chatbot offers so information. I have now 'cancelled' (also cancelled is spelt incorrectly on the website which looks really dodgy?) my order which has put the status as 'refunded on 6th Jan' I am concerned this will not come through.

I will be reaching out via the email provided but it doesn't look like ill receive any response by peoples previous posts.

We just want to provide some clarity around the timing. Our team was closed between 28th December and 4th January so our staff could spend time with their families over the New Year. This closure notice was displayed on our website and at checkout during this period, which unfortunately may have been missed.

Regarding your order, if you used the self-cancellation option, the refund is processed automatically by our system. If your order status shows “refunded on 6th Jan”, this means the refund has been issued on our side and is on its way back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few working days to appear in your account.

We’re sorry that the lack of immediate responses during our closure caused concern, and we’re also grateful for you flagging the spelling issue on the site — this has been passed on to our team to correct.

If you still don’t see the refund after the usual bank processing time, please do reach out via email and we’ll happily double-check everything for you now that we’re fully back.

No update on order, no response from customer service

Placed on order on the 30th December morning and haven’t heard since anything.
I have tried to contract customer service 3 days ago and again 2 days ago but haven’t got an agent responding to any of my messages. I have also sent an email to them and I have messaged BlancSpace on instagram and Facebook as well where I got the same automated messages that “The team will get back to you on this. Blanc Space typically replies in a day.” but still no response or update. At this point it feels like a total scam, this was the first and potentially the last time for me to order from them.

Shipping is not as bad as everyone says (if you live in the UK)

Was a little worried after seeing all the one star reviews on shipping, but my experience was excellent. When I got my confirmation email for my order (on Dec 20) I was met with a big red box at the very top warning me that my item may not be shipped until Dec 28-30 due to warehouse closures during the holidays. It was shipped the next day. After that, in addition to the Royal Mail tracking number I was provided in emails by blanc space, I was sent an email every time Royal Mail sent me an email informing me that there was a change in my deliver. Was this a lot of emails? Yes. Was it also very transparent and useful? Yes. My order came in only 4 days, which was at the lowest end of shipping estimate times. The case feels very nice, and despite the images being printed on the outside of the case, they seem like they will hold up fairly well. Definitely worth buying from here, especially if you live in the UK.

No delivery and no support

products look great on the website but I purchased on 29/11, got a shipping notification right away but the tracking is useless. The last update is from 2/12 and since then no movement at all. I tried chatting to the customer support but nobody answers.
The products are not cheap so this complete lack of transparency and support is unacceptable

Avoid this company!!!

I ordered a phone case from this company on November 27th - still hasn’t arrived. The original delivery estimate was December 3rd–11th, which then changed to December 8th–16th with no explanation. When I tried to use their online chat for an update one afternoon, I was told “the team will be back tomorrow”—not exactly helpful customer service.

I’m based in Ireland and this is advertised as a UK company, yet I later received an email saying my order was actually coming from Belgium, which explains the delays but was never mentioned at checkout. I had no tracking updates for an entire week until I contacted them myself.

Their email response reassured me that the order “should be” delivered by the 15th at the latest, but it hasn’t been scanned or processed for local delivery at all.

For a small item being sent within Europe, this level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this company—customer service is unhelpful, shipping information is misleading, and the delivery times are far longer than advertised!

Fraudulent company - avoid

Fraudulent. I made a purchase over £100. This was not delivered to me. The delivery company provided no evidence to support either when questioning. I contacted the retailer who sent me an image that is not of my property (I proved this evidentially) as proof. The delivery provider couldn’t even give me this so I am unsure where they obtained the fraudulent image from. Last time I’ll ever use this company. Wasted my time and money only to have to take the legal route and waste more of my time. They began to ignore me and go against consumer laws. It’s illegal and I have full evidence to support. I will never trust this company again. Their customer service is beyond appalling and their illegal practice will be penalised.

No phone case no refund no service

I ordered a phone case in October and paid shipping protection. I expected the case within a week, but it never came (it’s now 2nd week of December). Customer services is AI run with no option to communicate with a real person. The AI program asks the same question on repeat and doesn’t progress with the complaint. My feeling from my experience and from reading the other reviews is that this is a terrible company with no integrity or interest in their customers. I’m now stuck with trying to work out how to get my money back.

No communication from the company

No communication from the company. I ordered cases a week ago, which should’ve been shipped within 2 working days. They’re still showing as in production, I kanangę to connect with their agent on the chat, but apart from saying these should be back in stock and shipped within next 1-2 working days there’s no more answers to the questions I asked. When order was placed there was no information that these cases are not in stock nor there was any communication about this after purchase.
