Blanc Space had a huge variety of designs which I love. My shopping experience was enhanced by the buy 1 get 1 free offer. I found two different designs to enhance the look of my new phone. The cases arrived much sooner than the estimated shipping. The cases fit snugly and appear sturdy while looking nice.

Really happy with these phone cases. The quality is excellent, they look stylish and feel very sturdy and protective. I especially like the personalised design with my name on it — it gives the cases a really nice, premium touch.

The MagSafe works well, and the camera protection is great too. Overall, a really good-quality case and exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend! 👌📱

Ordered two phone cases for my partners birthday, ordered iPhone 17 pro max cases ( don’t have this phone myself so didn’t know the camera layout) trusted the template the website provided me when I selected the iPhone 17 pro max, ordered my personalised case, had an email with the incorrect template to confirm it was correct so I confirmed, phone case has turned up completely different from the template and has cropped out all my personalised photos, spoke to customer care who shrugged the issue off said basically it’s not there problem, lady didn’t want to help at all even though there website provided me the incorrect template, would never order again

I ordered a buy one get one free phone case, which eventually arrived. I wanted to exchange one. I was told that I would need to return both and then place a new order, which is fair enough. On requesting a refund, I was given the option of a store credit with an additional £6 incentive, which I naturally took. There was no mention that the store credit couldn't be used against any other options. So in the end I got one case instead of buy one get one free, and ended up paying for shipping because the store credit couldn't be used against any other offers, or against shipping costs.

So beware, if you want to return anything, ask for a refund to your original payment method. It took more than 16 days for them to confirm their position: The reply I received admitted that this was not made clear, and that they were sorry. And that was that!

If there was an option to give minis stars I would. I purchased a case after being pretty impressed with the advert. 9.2ft drop protection, and 60 day money back guarantee - no questions asked. Not 5 days after owning my blanc space case, my phone was knocked out my hand (despite using the mega safe pull ring, that slid straight off) and has shattered, this was from a height of about 2ft. I contacted customer services to ask for a refund and to return the products as they were not as advertised. However the customer services was appalling, The wait time for a response was incredibly poor, with being completely fobbed off as response. I eventually got through to an actual person rather than AI, explained the situation again, to be told that I could return the products for a full refund - fab! However they then said this would not be possible because I was outside of the 60 day guarantee….due to their poor response times in getting back to me. I was then told ( after much pushing) I can be offered 40% off a new case - I am trying to get rid of the two I have not get more - they do not do as advertised!! I pointed out that I have previously been told I could have a refund - but now I am being told due to the phone case being in a drop, they had given me incorrect information and I wouldn’t infact be able to return. Worst customer service and false advertising I have ever experienced - and you’ve guessed it…I’m still waiting for a response from them!

I have ordered from Blanc Space in the past and appreciate the efficiency with ordering and the quality of the products. There is such a huge variety of phone cases to choose from, it is difficult to narrow it down.
I have been too busy to put my phone in one of the cases. Today will be the day! I now own 5 phone cases from Blanc Space and enjoy changing them every few months.

Can’t really fault anything. Great choice of covers, and fab you can upload your own pictures. Ordering straightforward, and delivery fast.

Do not order unless you are 100% sure you will not need to discuss any concerns with customer service .
I returned my BOGOF cases as no longer needed one and accidentally pressed store credit which the website stated can be used as payment for future orders and will be available in the payment section when ordering . Instead of store credit I have been given a discount code that does not work with any other promotions.
The 2 AI robots, Sophia and Aurela, send automated responses and have been doing so since the 1st September . There is no reply within 48 hours via the email
and the instant chat is not instant - up to 48 hours .
One AI agent states I can use it as store payment with an offer and the other states I can't .
Credit is not a discount code so it should be possible to use it as such and the website only stars that a discount code cannot be used with store promotions .
I am just so frustrated and fed up I am now requesting a chargeback from my bank .

I like the phone cases. They're unique, which is great. The main reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I never opted in to continue receiving emails. I mean how many phone cases could one person need. But, new email, almost daily! That's annoying.
