The customer service is amazing. They got back to me within an hour at least when I would ask where my package was. It was delayed due to snow but I received it and the quality is so nice and sturdy. They look just like the picture I am obsessed.

I reached out to for support and they were very responsive, polite, and fast in resolving my issue and also made sure to check in to see that my replacement was to my liking.
