Despite customer service agents stating on this site that they have sent me the return information via email, I have received nothing! I have checked spam and all my inboxes. I have easily received their emails stating that they cannot accept my return, so why I haven’t received the email that Gaia stated she sent is indeed a mystery. Is Gaia a bot? Probably. This company is a complete scam and should be shut down.

order 12/24/2023 In the process of placing an order for the portable bidet they processed my card without showing the shipping and handling total $8.95 As the prospective purchaser one has the right to see the total billing before choosing to purchase. Also in trying to complete order, customer is bombarded with upgrades to decline and with that comes the uncertainty of whether your order is being changed on their end. I immediately cancelled the order. My card has been charged, no refund issued, no product being shipped. BBB needs to be involved in this business operation.

After ordering a bidet, a charge appeared on my credit card, but I received no confirmation of the order and no product. When I filed a complaint on their customer "support," I received an email obviously generated by a robot, saying they couldn't help me without an order number - which I never received. After supplying as much information as I could, I received more robot emails saying the issue was being elevated to an "esteemed manager". After reading the reviews, I'm glad they didn't send the product, and I'll be filing for a refund via PayPal.
Interestingly, when I first entered a complaint on their website, the only personal information I entered on the form was an email address and phone number. I then got an email from them addressing me by my first name - which they had no way of knowing except from my order. It's now going on three weeks and they still have not acknowledged my order except by the charge they put on my credit card. Reputable companies don't put a charge on a card until a product is shipped. Obviously, Blaux.com is not a reputable company.

I bought two Blaux heaters. As with so many in this thread I found them to be absolutely useless. Tried to get a refund but after the first grovelling email from the company, there is utter silence. Why isn’t this company shut down? They must have conned the public of millions, knowing how much we have to pay for fuel.
Am only buying from more expensive but trusted companies from now on, with a guaranteed returns policy

I bought three heaters from Blaux. One stopped working straight away and they refunded me. That was relatively straightforwards, they had a phone number at the time. Since then I’ve only used one of the heaters occasionally when it’s very cold and the other I turned on once to check it worked. Now they’ve both stopped working too, I contacted them (no phone number available now so used contact form on website) as I had a lifetime warranty, initially it took a long time to get a response but when I did, they said they would resolve it as soon as possible and they would honour the warranty. I’ve now had another email saying that I don’t have a warranty and they won’t fix their faulty goods. I spent £188 total for hardly any use, complete rip off, next time I’ll buy from a known company who actually offers customer service.

I have called the customer support phone number and left messages at least 5 times and emailed 5 times. I have gotten one response and it had nothing to do with my issue. There are other companies that sell similar products. I wouldn't give Blaux my business ever again. Non existence customer service.

The customer service is horrible. I had bad experience with this company before but I forgot about..I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

It is now May 2023 and I have emailed constantly as I am in Australia and initially I would get a response like ‘your package is on its way’ and then nothing. I ordered 4 Blaux Bidets and received them. I also purchased the warranty for each of them. Two of them are defective and the others stop working. Tried reaching out to them but they keep sending me in a loop saying they can’t find my information. I’ve sent them a copy of the receipt as well as the warranty but still no help. If I could give a zero star I would. We ordered our product in Dec 2022 and received the product in Jan 2023, they charged our cc on 12/20/22. When we received the product and determined we wanted to send it back we tried calling and received no response. So we emailed them and they told us we could not return the product because we were outside of their 60 day return period. We tried calling and emailing again & even sent a copy of our cc statement showing they billed us 12/20/27 still and asked for a Return Authorization Number. No response... We disputed it with our cc company who gave us a credit and then this month 3/2023 reversed our credit because they said Blaux paperwork they sent to them showed they shipped it in Oct 2020. Our box shows a ship date of 12/27/22 but their name is not on the label. And the cc representative asked how could we prove they were lying.... Jan 18th, 2023 was our first email to them - our calls were before that date.

The claims made by Blaux about the performance of their ceramic heater are quite ridiculous! The heater does not heat even the smallest space it gives off virtually no heat. They don’t make returns easy and then require you to return it to Netherlands at your expense.(£15). They refuse to address my claim their product is not fit for purpose. Should have realised it’s too good to be true.

I purchased Blaux Room Ionizers. I liked them but when I attempted to purchase replacement filters it was not so easy. The company gave me a web site that I indeed went to. Problem is their site stinks. The price they give you is not what they try to charge you. I made several attempts with customer service to get problem fixed. I even sent them a picture of the problem. Never got fixed. Now I have no filters and can no longer used the ionizers. Biggest waste of money. Do not purchase from them.

Received a pair of these for an early Christmas present. Sounded good when I received them (so I wrote a positive review) but realized the next day that one earbud wouldn't charge (even after multiple attempts). Contacted their customer service, via website, and was emailed a form to complete and submit so that they could work on my ticket/issue. The form was defective and wouldn't allow me to complete it. I emailed customer service and reported it. They responded that they were working on my ticket and would make it a priority. That was almost 3 months ago and not only is my issue not resolved but they won't even respond to my inquiries. What a sc!
