Received order for 4 heaters but they are no way as efficient as described. It's like a slight draft of warm air in no way enough to heat a room. Tried to return and they just want to help you work them. Eventually agreed to refund but provide a postbox number which delivery companies will not accept. Several emails later still no response. Wish I'd read the feed back before ordering. BE WARNED!

- I ordered 2 x Blaux personal bidets on 24 January and one month later have not received them. The tracking (number LS566448243NL) has not moved, with the last entry being 26 January. Can you advise its current status please. The order number is 2320324777.
The response to this was to keep checking the tracking. I have been doing this for over one month now and the information remains the same. Can you please give me a receipt date for my product. The information supplied by Blaux is of no use at all, as it is what I have been doing constantly. If this lack of response continues, I shall ask for my money to be refunded and change to another product which I may receive in a timely manner.

I placed an order almost a month ago and the only thing I have received is an email confirmation. I have not received a tracking number nor have I received the product. Looking at the BBB site apparently this company has a huge number of complaints against it. I should have checked here before spending $200 that I may never see either the money or the product.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered a portable bidet and we received one as a Christmas gift. As their website stated, they accepted returns. I have been trying for two months to get the mailing address to return the bidet (as I don't need two) and get a refund and I keep getting the runaround or NO answer at all.

BUYER BEWARE:
On Jan. 5, I received 3 items as ordered on 12/29. Two were inoperable. I also ordered the Lifetime Warranty which you’d think would help. Although I have attempted to contact Blaux countless times, the response I get doesn’t help. If I call, the message tells me that I will be contacted via the email I must leave in a voice mail. Never have I been contacted.
I tried to get some satisfaction by going through PayPal to no avail.
This is very frustrating and irritating. A company should stand by their product and live up to their word. I’d like to return - at the company’s shipping expense - the 2 units which arrived DOA, and be reimbursed for the shipping I paid.
Next time I’ll take my friend’s advice & go through a business which is known & has a good history & reputation. I had no idea I was dealing with a company with poor business practices.

If I could give it a minus 5 stars I would. I ordered a bidet from them back in November for a Christmas present. They took my money but I never got the product. I have requested MANY times for them to cancel my order and give me back my money but they won't do it. They just keep diverting my request trying to get me to buy more from them. DON'T GET ANYTHING FROM THEM --- THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM !!

I ordered the air purifiers from them and when received one didn't work, Sent them emails requesting help and received no replies. Called and left info but no response. Definitely do not do business with them.

We bought two Blaux portable heaters. They don’t work. They are useless. We are trying hard to contact. The office is closed on a Tuesday (working day) at 12noon. We just want to return and get our money back. We don’t know where to send it back.

I ordered wo of the mini heaters.. but then cancelled this order within minutes. Trying to contact them to refund my monies was impossible. They fob you off with "We're checking this for you, as a priority"... my a*se! They play the delay tactics hoping you will go away.... I had to reverse address investigate (contacted the courier company who sent me the heaters), so i could get their address to return them, and even threatening them with a courts claim does not stir them, as they are out and out cowboys.. THIS IS A SCAM place... do not buy anything from them.

I purchased 2 of the portable bidets from Blaux. After receiving them I realized they were not for me and immediately requested a return authorization. They keep sending an automated reply stating if there is a delivery issue or something along those lines to be patient...if it's about another matter I need to reply or they will close the ticket. I reply and get the same letter back. This happened three or four times so I decided I would wait till after Christmas to reply hoping the would take the automated reply off. After Christmas, before I contacted them, they sent me a closed file letter. I wrote back again stating I wanted a return authorization. To date nothing from them. Guess I will have to call my credit card company and contest payment. What a terrible way to do business. Don't buy from them!

I ordered a product a month ago and I finally decided to reach out to them. Asked "Where's my order?" I did receive an automated response,"Its on its way." I feel I have been more than patient waiting. China delivers in half the time. I wish I knew about all the overwhelming NEGATIVE reviews before I purchased. Horrible customer service. I bought the product and they sent me a text message saying the order hadn't been placed, so I ordered it again and quickly realized I had ordered it twice. I contacted customer service within an hour, but the only way to do that is to submit an email form. I get emails saying they'd received my form and were sorry for being so slow, and then they cancel my case because I didn't respond to some email that I never received. I reopened the case, but got no response. Meantime, the second product arrives without any sort of receipt or invoice, so I have no return form and no return address. I learn, of course, that in order to return it I must submit another email contact form, and I can only return an order within 30 days of making it. Clearly I'm being strung along until the 30 days have passed.

I was not able to open this product, and I immediately contacted them by email, and told them that I would be returning it. They told me that they would be contacting me soon to give me a return ticket. I haven’t heard from them since. And now I’ve read all the bad reviews!!! I’m going to try and get my money back via my credit card.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The absolute worst customer support ever. They sent me a defective product that won't charge. It worked fine for a couple of months until the battery went dead. I have filed at least a half dozen support requests. Every time, they close the request as resolved when they haven't even attempted to solve my issue. I have a 2 year warranty which is completely useless. I've called and emailed many times and they just ignore my request. Horrible, horrible, don't buy anything from this company
