Very poor experience - Avoid

Very poor experience and I would recommend against using them.
I was shown as the winning bidder on a watch lot, with the auction closing in my favour. The bid was then retracted, the lot reopened, and awarded to another buyer at the same price.
I was told this would be investigated, but after an initial response there was no follow up despite chasing.
As someone who trades watches, this is highly irregular. Even if there was an error with their system, you would expect this to be handled in a more professional manner.
If you are a seller, it is this kind of behaviour that makes buyers like myself wary of using an auction house. For that reason, I would avoid.
