I had to cancel my order due to an issue with my order , they didn’t refund me the whole amount only 170 out of 312 and shipping takes forever and they don’t even answer emails. please don’t buy from them, they are scammers.

Glasses never arrived

Glasses never arrived.
Even with an email from UPS confirming they lost the parcel Blickers didn’t help or offer a solution. Have to make a claim against Blickers now.

Unreliable and unprofessional

Unreliable and unprofessional. Ordered two pairs of sunglasses that got delayed, asked to cancel one and suddently the shipping label was created and the pair has been shipped. Went to cancel the second one and got 6€ charged. Told them it was ridiculous to charge when it’s their mistake/delay. They claimed there is no delay because I placed my order on the 27th which is obviously a lie since I ordered on the 11th and the estimated delivery dates were between the 20th and 27th (per my email confirmation).

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Blickers.

I ordered prescription glasses, and they arrived with clear issues:
– the frame is visibly misaligned (one side does not sit flat on the table)
– there are visible marks and damage near the hinge on the right temple

This is not something I would expect from a new product.

I contacted support and provided photos. Instead of addressing the defect, they suggested I go to a local optician to fix the issue myself.

I then tried to return the glasses using their return portal, but it does not work. I consistently receive a validation error:
“RTN_PDT_CURRENCY_CODE, Value PLN not found in available list for currencies”

So effectively:
– I received a defective product
– I was asked to fix it myself
– and I was unable to return it due to a technical issue on their website

Support also mentioned that prescription glasses are considered “personalized products” and cannot be returned. However, this should not apply in cases of defects.

At the moment, the situation remains unresolved.

I would recommend being cautious when ordering, especially if you are outside Spain and depend on their return system

Faulty Sunglasses

I ordered a pair of Miu Miu sunglasses from them. When they arrived, they had no logo on the lens like the original and ones I had tried at another physical store along with other mismatched errors on the sunglasses and case. I reached out to customer service immediately after receiving them and they took more than 2 weeks to answer my claim. After that, they asked for pictures and took over a month to give me an answer and let me return the pair. It has been over a month and a half and I still haven’t received my refund. This is a scam and they have terrible service. The sunglasses were probably fake and they are saying they haven’t received my return when it’s been delivered to them more than a week ago.

Extremely frustrating Customer Services

The refund process has been extremely frustrating and unnecessarily complicated, with no proactive updates/ email communication or any tracking provided. I had to follow up repeatedly over several weeks just to get a response and I still have not received my refund.

Do not buy from this website. Reading glasses were ordered on 21st February, still no sign of them, nor can they say when they will arrive.

Truly appalling company, I dread to think of where they are coming from and who is making them.

The service is a disgrace

The service is a disgrace. They claim to have delivered the package, but I wasn't home during the delivery week. I've asked my neighbors and gatekeeper, (Whenever I've ordered a package and I wasn't home, the doorman has held it for me) and no one received it. I've been sending emails for three weeks now, and they haven't responded. I highly recommend against them.

Unreliable and unacceptable delivery times

Placed the order 20 days ago but still haven't received it in the time window as mentioned in their website. When contacted customer care via e-mail they take forever to respond and with replies starting like 'unfortunately', 'unexpectedly' and 'unavailable'.
Can't take more bullshit.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! after ordering a model that is 'available' I waited for one month, nothing. Reach out to customer service, nothing.. only for you to cancle your order and being charged 6 euro for it...
after reading other reviews, it looks like it's an ongoing practice.
