Total scam
Total scam. Took my deposit, then I chased when they were 30 mins late for the agreed appointment time, said the guy was on his way. Was meant to be at my property at 11, got to 12:30 and I said to cancel and refund. Imogen and Andrew is who was messaging me, she said he was at me property which was a total lie. They said they processed the refund, chased for this and now getting ignored. They don’t pick up the phone, have reported to the bank and small claims court.

I am writing this to warn others of this firm who trade by the name of Blindscleaning.co.uk
Contacted this firm to clean blinds. They requested a £30 deposit via bank transfer to Bishop Services Ltd which I foolishly paid. They did not clean my blinds as agreed. I have requested a deposit refund to unsurprisingly no response. Buyer beware.
