After looking for 5 years for a blind to suit our patio window we chose Blind screen. The sales, and fitting service was very professional and friendly, We where guided through the whole process with care and curtesy by the whole Blind Screen office.
The product looks great and does exactly what we wanted

The blinds are very good quality.
They give complete black out/fly screen all in one package.
The blinds are very neat and unobtrusive.
The fitting was excellent.
Blindscreen kept us informed of the terms with regard to interim payments and of the fitting date.
Blindscreen gave a realistic fitting date in the first place.

Friendship couldn’t fold anything really pleasant people would recommend them to anybody fits a lovely pitch black at night though can’t see what we’re doing

We’ve had a bifold door blind and screen for a year now and couldn’t imagine being without it, looking forward to summer and using the screen so we can have doors fully open and not get any unwanted critters flying in.

Solihull customer of Soft Options Curtains and Blinds Ltd. Very poor and disappointing service starting with the inability to correctly measure the window. Blind Screen blackout blinds are not fully black out if white blinds chosen which I wasn’t told until the quote had a Note to say 95% effective. Was told that the 02 frame would help and go and view at their shop Went to the shop surveyor had taken samples out back in a little over an hour Couldn’t stay so they promised to send video Didn’t receive it chased and it was sent. Was told 100% effective white available in Oct delayed then to November then January. Then told that the measurements were wrong and I should pay £200. Was already expensive so asked for my money back. They then tried to split the additional cost. Too little, too late. Didn’t believe anything I was told gave up and asked for my deposit back

I placed the order on the 13th of June, it's now the 23rd of August and still no product. still no confirmation email or dispatch email. Continuously emailing asking for updates and get the response its been dispatched but we don't know what the currier is doing. shocking customer services. Will not be ordering from them again and will advise others not to also.

Order placed 17th June. We are now 6th Aug. Local firm who placed the order from blindscreen have been advised that there has been a manufacturing defect with light appearing through the white blind / material issue. Due to this defect all orders are backed up. I am told there is no date and just have to wait. At least another month. So looks more like a 4 month wait in total. Why are blindscreen not reaching out to say sorry about the manufacturing defect? They have left it up to there sellers. How sad. Could be hundreds of customers being let down in this way. Zero customer care or service. Take care before you order.

We had a double blind made up for our bifold door the fly screen is a god send no flies all summer and the black out is fabulous
