Over six weeks delay
Unfortunately my experience has been particularly poor. I have used Blinds Direct previously without any problem but this time I ordered two pairs of curtains on 8 August and it is now 23 September and I still haven’t received my order. The order was sent a second time on 1 September and this has also been lost by Evri the delivery company. The problem seems to be with Evri but it reflects very badly on Blinds Direct and I will think twice about using them again if I can’t be sure I’m going to receive the goods from them in a reasonable time despite it being a problem with Evri as Blinds Direct has chosen Evri as their delivery partner.

I found the ordering procedure easy, and with the sure fit protection it gave me peace of mind, knowing if I made a mistake they would be replaced. The blinds were easily fitted using the downloaded instructions, and they look great, I wish I'd had them fitted years ago.

We had a couple of issues with the blinds when delivered but a quick phone call resolved them and any necessary parts required were either sent or replaced. Marie was particularly helpful in resolving our issues.

Truly excellent service
Truly excellent service. Really speedy and positive response to my request for help with my solar powered velux roller blind. Sophie kept me up to date with progress and Holly sent further emails to check that I was happy. Fantastic communication which is rare these days.
I’m currently waiting for a replacement unit. Assuming it arrives and works properly my problem has been completely resolved. Many thanks!
