I have used Blinds Direct many times over the years and have never had a problem with any of them. Their measurements are correct and the service is terrific.
I would like a sample book however.

Service was amazing, so helpful over the phone as I was hesitant to place direct order - I finally did with their help.
The curtain arrived 2 days later and the blinds about 5 days later - both well before the actual delivery date.
The quality is really fantastic. Will use them again and I can highly recommend them.

When ordering, the instructions on how to measure the window and on which side to put the opener are clear and easy to follow. The blind was well packed and easy to mount in the window. Easy, convenient, fast
The description of all the options for blinds, as well as the instructions for measuring the space for blinds were very good. Not having to schedule an appointment with a consultant, but simply placing an order and have the product arrive meeting all the specifications, was so convenient! The colour was different from what I'd expected, but that's on me; I could have checked via email, but I was in too much of a hurry. Anyway, it all still came out looking really great!

A refund for the express charge was offered as a gesture of goodwill, but we understand that it was declined, and you requested us to ship as soon as possible.
