No communication
After the order was made and the proof of payment sent to your company, there was absolutely no communication with me as the client. I find that very poor customer service.
You need to keep the customer informed as to the processing of the order, intransit info when it leaves your warehouse and the expected delivery date.

The "order shipped" email with the tracking details is sent via automated email so it may have ended up in your spam folder.
