Similar experience to some others ordered 2 boxes paid 20pounds for tracked delivery. Never got any tracking info. Eventually received 1 box 3 weeks later no sign of the other
Asked for a refund was told it would be issued then received an email to say the parcel would arrive in 2 days. It didn’t they then said the refund would def be issued that was Jan 21st
No refund
It’s a shame as it’s a great concept but awful customer service

Great customer service. We’re very quick responding to queries and correction. Also got a great jersey for a ver affordable price and I will definitely be buying another in the near future

Blindside box has continued to deliver me exceptional quality jerseys. Living in Australia I would expect long delivery times, but NO the jerseys arrive in 2-3 weeks. The quality of the jersey is amazing and the range is elite. Blindside Box also is available to have answer and Q’s I may have. 10/10 will be buying again

I ordered 2 boxes for my grandsons for Christmas. I send and paid for the orders in November 2025. One box arrived within a few days but the other has never materialised. I have had 8 emails from the form assuring me that they have checked and that the second box was out for delivery and would arrive within 2 days or 1 day. On 4th January 2026 they offered a refund or replacement box. My grandson still wanted his Christmas present so I asked for a replacement - again delivery was promised to be within a couple of days. Since then I have heard nothing, despite 2 emails being sent asking for courier and tracking details. I think this firm is a scam who are out to cheat customers out of their money.

I’m very happy with the quality of rugby shirt and the kit that was randomly selected! Would definitely recommend, it was also delivered on time.

Amazing stock of shirts. Ordered twice and great quality. When there are an issue the email reply was prompt and sorted out any problem. It is good to support businesses that are trying to raise the profile of rugby

I ordered a shirt as a present for my son. As it was near to Christmas, my first choice was sold out. However, I was quickly notified and a replacement was with me in a matter of days, well before Christmas. My son loves his new shirt.

My son is a keen rugby player and fan, so I wanted to test out blindside before I committed to him spending his pocket money.
Recieved my mystery box and was really happy. All Blacks shirt.
I had emailed with a couple of queries about my account and delivery and they were dealt with super quick.
Royal mail delivered my box on day 5 of the 5 working days delivery. Was spot on.
I will be back to buy some more shirts, a will my son.

Brilliant customer service good product available, been happy with my past orders and hope to make many more.

Good quality items, took ages for postage to arrive think it was 3-4 weeks

The boxes came really quickly and the jerseys themselves where in really good condition.

I had some reservations if i would receive on time but ordered (for one of our grandsons Xmas present) 4 weeks before Xmas and was really pleased to receive his gift in plenty of time......bearing in mind the time of year and postal services not being the best these days I thought Blindsidebox did well. Would certainly order with them again without hesitation (my grandson was very happy with the product).

So upset I didn't see these reviews before I ordered! My son saw the advert and wanted a box for his birthday. Looked good so ordered in 2nd Jan for a 3 to 5 day delivery. Says shipped on 8th January but no tracking and no parcel.

Have emailed but not sure looking at these reviews I'll get anywhere

Guys i ordered a vintage box last monday (they say 3-5 working days) and now its wednesday a week later where i have recieved an email about 4 days ago saying it shipped, and on the site it says order completed but im yet to recieve it? And they deleted my comments complaining on insta and tik tok, dont try complete take on

Simply the best. Ordered a box with birthday money, delivery was fast and I ended up getting a very nice saracens jersey. Definitely will be ordering again!

No communication what so ever with regards to delivery. Ordered 4 mystery boxes for my boys for Christmas so they had 2 each but when delivered came in 2 battered boxes so had to open and re wrap which defeats the point of having them as mystery boxes. One of the boxes should have contained a 6 nations replica jersey but was actually just a t-shirt. The other items I could have purchased at a fraction of the cost. Not what was expected at all. Because of the late delivery just before Christmas unable to return. Emailed several times and not had one reply this has gone on since 20th December and also tried to contact vie social media, again with no reply. Very poor product
