For a price that was cheaper then repair, Blindster sent a new shade. Reasonably priced, plenty of help/instructions for installation.

Blindster going above and beyond!
Due to some unforeseen family health issues, my wife and I weren't able to install a shade we ordered until 90 days after it was delivered (which is outside of Blindster's 60 day Fit or Free guarantee). We put up the blind today, and it needed to be 3" wider. Mary, our Blindster Cust Serv contact, was able to get with her supervisor and get us approved for a replacement blind! We only had to pay shipping and the price difference in the two blinds! Mary made our day! Great Customer Service!
