Needs massive improvement of their application
I found the Blink UK application to be one of the most difficult and complicated apps I have ever used for charging my car. It is surprisingly hard to locate the charger you need within the app, especially in locations with multiple chargers.
Each charger has its own barcode, but when scanning it through the app, it redirects you to download the app—even though I already have it installed. There is no option to directly enter or view the charger’s serial number in the app, and the serial numbers themselves are complex and difficult to input manually, often resulting in errors.
In practice, the only reliable way to charge is without using the app, which defeats the purpose of having one. I strongly suggest that Blink UK reviews and improves the app to make it more user-friendly and functional for customers, particularly in busy charging stations.
It is just wasting my time, and I try now to avoid any charging stations with Blink.

Good service, work done by professionals.
Schedule respected. Easily reachable by phone or via mail. The lack of proactive communication, information, and documentation costs the 5th star. Just work on that aspect and that would be perfect.

Installation of private charger
The installation (and the contacts e.g. choosing the date) went smoothly. There were some issues, not related to blink (charging card lost in the mail, error of the technical inspector), but quickly resolved by Blink!

I reported weeks ago that my Blink charging station was defective. Whenever I contact their support team, they can only access my ticket but are unable to provide any information about when or how the station will be repaired. I’ve politely requested a timeline, but they can’t offer one—they seem to have no insight or clarity on the matter. The service and follow-up process are extremely poor.

The support/ FU was really good
The support/ FU was really good. Especially Jochen/Nicole did a very good job. Although the charging installation needed to be send 2x (once lost and once damaged - more a DPD issue). The depot of Blink was very close to where I live, so would have been able to get it myself instead of sending it with DPD - a pitty that this was not a possibility. So it took a while to have the charging installation at home but the follow-up done by Blink was super ! Also the technician who did the installation was very good. I can certainly recommend Blink !

Flexible charging cards
Using the chargers in Brasschaat and Antwerpen very often, works very smoothly. Also great that the charging card can be used at other providers.
