One star is very generous for the poor level of service provided
I would put even less than that if I could.
Customer experience is absolutely terrible. I made the decision to change to an EV last year and I knew there would be some adaptations needed. But when it came to install the charging station in my home garage the process was overly complicated. We first had to complete an extensive file explaining where the station will be and how its connected to the grid, so far understandable. With all the pictures and information we included it was quite easy to see if the project was possible or not.
Then they send someone to your home to make sure they can install the charging station. So the person came to my place, after I don’t know how long we had to wait and us providing all this information pictures etc, just to have a 3 minutes look watch in hand to say they could not install it because of the width of the cable conduit which you could have seen on the pictures we provided. And that was it, no charging station but the right to pay a lovely bill of 169€ for absolutely zero service/advice and 3 minutes of their time while we spend a good amount of our own on completing their file. They could have said the same thing just looking at the pictures.
Absolute joke of a company that continued on threatening us to pay the invoice but never once offered any alternatives while my neighbor with the same cable conduit size and garage setup was able to install one in his. Go figure! 169€ and no charging station.
My company had chosen this provider otherwise we would have changed right there and then. Hopefully they’ll change provider soon.
