Not sure how it happened but our Ophthalmologist was able to get a prescription filled through BlinkRx when our regular insurer (Anthem Blue CRoss) has been jerking us around for weeks with pre-authorization requirements and denials then appeals for which they take forever.

I have arthritis in my fingers and the bottle is hard to squeeze. It doesnt seem enough for a 30 day supply .
With that said I see some improvement in my dry eye so I would like to continue. The cost is also so high but I will give it another month supply to see if it is worth it.

I ordered my Miebo eye drops on 1/30/26 and they said it was 2 day shipping with FedEx. It is 2/18/26 and still no eye drops. Tracking shows that it has been in Hutchins Tx since 2/2/26. Have made several calls to BlinkRx saying they would look into it and call back and never a call back. I have also sent email but have not heard back. I am hoping for a refund and will never do business with this horrible pharmacy again! Plan to let my referring ophthalmologist know too! I would give zero stars if I could!

Easy ordering. Great eye drops. Rough start.
Eye drops work really well. My insurance covered the cost. Shipping was free. I did have issues with my Dr needing to contact them multiple times in order for them to start my prescription and they also sent me the wrong eye drop prescription to order. The delivery company used (FedEx) sent my package to the wrong house however I think that falls on FedEx and not Blink. My neighbor gave us the package. Now that we have the right prescription and I’ve been using the drops, my eyes have been great. Started out kinda rough but we’ll see how future orders are handled. I also like that ordering is online and they context me via text. I recommend them however ensure you know the name of your Rx and that you inform your doctor if they don’t get in touch with you.

I received the eye drops frozen solid. I texted Customer Service when I received them on a Saturday morning, Jan 31. I was told that a pharmacist would call me to tell me if it was ok to use the drops. NO ONE called all day Saturday. But finally Monday morning, I got a call. I was told it was ok to use them if they weren't discolored. As I waited for a phone call on Saturday, I did some internet research. I went to the Miebo site and it said there that the drops SHOULD NOT BE USED AND THEY SHOULD BE THROWN AWAY. So I haven't used them and don't intend to use them. NOT HAPPY WITH BLINK. I was given conflicting info and don't have trust in BLINK pharmacist. I will NOT put something in my eyes that is suggested not to be used on the manufacturer's info page. Eyes are way too important to use possibly defective eye drops.

I love how this eye drops make my eyes feel. I would wake up in the mornings and my eyes felt like someone was poking my eye with toothpicks. Now, I wake up with my eyes feeling moist. I have had dry eyes for years and have been using Ziidra, yet on my yearly checks, my ophthalmologist would say the dryness has not improved. It’s been more than 3 years I have been using Ziidra. My eyes haven’t felt this good in a long time.
