Like many purchasers, the company overcharged me initially but on contacting them they did refund the difference. The items have now arrived, two plug in kaleidoscope lights for a friends son who is autistic for Christmas and they are both broken. I appreciate they weren’t crazy expensive but when items don’t work then any amount is too much. I would not recommend this company to anyone, please save your money.

Clicked to order then it added more money and took it. I immediately froze my bank card and tried to cancel the order but radio silence. Avoid

Ordered a fidget toy for my 11 year old who has ADHD. Invoice £10 yet charged me £12 on Apple Pay!! I have reported this to my bank and sent emails but no response. Avoid !! After reading reviews I can see it’s happened a lot. Wish I read reviews first .

I have ordered three bras and wanted to cancel right away within 15 minutes of ordering and didn't allow it. They continued to ship the products and disregard your request to cancel as you don't want their product anymore. Very inconsiderate so AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID this company!!!!

Overcharged me - similar story to another person on here. Invoiced for £11.98 which I authorised and then charged £14.98. Scam. Will be chasing this.

Scam. Ordered 2 fidget toys. Amount including delivery £12.25 which I paid via Apple Pay. £14.70 taken from my account. I consider this fraud. Emailed company twice and no response. Left scathing review on their own website which was never published.

Terrible, awful, do not use them.
I ordered a disco ball light as a gift. Package arrived damaged. No bubble wrap. The light was broken & doesn’t work. I am now on my 5th email to the support team. They requested photos, which I have sent twice. They requested a video of the broken light, which I have sent. They are still refusing to send a replacement but have offered me a £1 refund. What a joke!

Terrible service I ordered a kitchen item and have been tracking it's progress and for the past 2 weeks it still hasn't even left the USA - If it ever does arrive I SHALL NEVER BE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I ordered a pair of jeans which eventually arrived after a long wait but they were awful and looked nothing like they were supposed to. Very poor quality, horrible wash to them, badly fitting. I eventually found an address to return them to but am still awaiting a refund after over three weeks. Will never buy from this company again.

I ordered jeans and was charged £5 more than order cost.
The jeans arrives after about three weeks, shocking quality and dreadful fit. On trying to return them I was offered £3, then £5 and told to keep the jeans.
Refused both offers, was emailed in pigeon English to say I should reconsider the £5 offer and have a nice day!!
I will be going to my credit card company now to report them and get my money back.
Do not use this company!!!!

I wish I’d read these reviews before being sucked in by advertising .
Ordered jeans and money taken was more than my order.
The jeans are nothing like the advert and images. The quality is shocking and they will not refund as they say the shipping cost to China is too much and it would be at my own cost.
They are offering £5 compensation instead and I keep some awful jeans that would never be worn!

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.
Item is appalling quality and nowhere like the advert.
Ordered tall and clearly they are not.
Now refusing to give me more than £7 as it is more than their wages. It will be too expensive for me to return for full refund but won't tell me where I am to return them too. I will be taking up with PayPal as I paid via them to see if they can assist.
Complete scam!! Had better quality things from Temu and Shein for a quarter of the price

UK Website fronting a chinese company, selling cheaply made or poor quality products.

Like many others they overcharged my PayPal account. Said it was an IT error and they would refund. Never did. Had to open a claim with PayPal to get a credit voucher.

Bras were poorly made, pack of 2 were different sizes, sizing guides are wrong, so they were much too big.

Support says 100% satisfaction guarantee, and to contact them for their return address. They never replied to many emails to give me their address.
PayPal refused to refund me.
Had to go through my credit card, who would only refund me if l returned it to them at my cost. Returned to the address on the packaging and eventually got my refund from my credit card, but Bliss-Beaut get to keep my money, the overcharge and the returned item 😡

Bliss-Beaut website claims to be set up by 2 texans, probably fake to lure you in.

Ordered jeans, after seeing several adverts. They arrived in a timely manner however they are appaling quality and certainly not for a tall person. After reading the returns policy I emailed the customer service team who after asking for images of the SKu, then the item, then the packaging; finally offered me a £3 (GBP) compensation. No refund. The full cost of the items before shipping and tax was £26.00. They have refused to give me a return shipping address, claiming that the return (to China) will cost me more than the refund. Their suggestion is that I accept the £3 and gift the jeans. I have no desire to gift such poor quality items and am now out of pocket and extremely frustrated. Avoid at all costs!!

I cancelled my order within the hour of paying as they over charged me.

Instead of cancelling my order, they refunded the overcharge. I said I still wanted to cancel, but they still dispatched the order AFTER I said I wanted to cancel.

Now I've received order, I've said I want to return for a full refund, and they're making it very difficult. Apparently I have to return it to China at my own cost, even though I cancelled it well before it was dispatched

And to top it all off, the bras are very poor quality!!

Avoid at all costs!!
