Can't give minus stars but if I could I would. Look at Bloom Realm they are the same company. They are scammers not based in UK or USA they are in China. I don't know where they get the reviews from but if anyone wants to see what they sent me e please contact I will send photos. Shoddy shoddy shoddy

The bras are not fit for purpose. Customer service is also a complete waste of time. Stay away from these scamming awful people.

The bras are absolute tat! No support whatsoever, frayed stitching, tiny little preformed cups stitched in made of t shirt material. It’s true what they say, you get what you pay for! Do not waste your money

Where do I start- bra’s are poor quality, return address incorrect, this leads to the company saying you returned it to wrong address, you then provide evidence and here starts your email exchange (17 in my case). Stay with it as I got a refund but only after I went through PayPal. My advice - stay well away.

Not answer me. I am so angry that these scammers can get away with this with no consequences. What can I do except let my bank know, social media and I have told Bliss-beaut that if I see them advertising I will bombard the site warning others. I am gobsmacked that some people have actually received their goods!

If I could give no stars I would. Having ordered some underwear and paid for this in June I have still not received my goods or my money back. The company have tried to tell me it’s been delivered by sending me a screen shot of a tracked parcel saying it’s been delivered. This is a scam as the screen shot was from a completely different order and tracking number. Please stay well clear of this company. Fortunately I have started proceedings with my bank to reclaim the money as the company claim they have tried to help me and can’t do anything more.

The item I ordered arrived via Royal Mail - but it didn’t work. I paid using PayPal and was overcharged - they refunded the overcharge but this meant my PayPal account said I’d been refunded which meant opening a case was difficult. They asked for photos which I provided. They offered me a £2 refund!!! Which I refused. Now they want it sending to China via courier which would cost significantly more than it’s worth. They won’t pay for postage. But they’ve offered a full refund so I don’t have a case. Lesson learned - always check Trustpilot first!!!

Absolutely horrified at how bad this company is. I ordered what looked like high end fake flowers for pots. They were quick to take the money and managed to take what was the equivalent of €80. What turned up eventually was a terrible spray of plastic flowers which probably cost less than €5 to produce. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!

Beware of this rubbish company who are based in America (or China?), not Britain. In April I ordered what was pictured as hanging baskets with a mass of artificial flowers. What turned up, this week, after many messages from me to them asking for tracking of my purchase and then a refund (all refused), more than 3 months later was a tatty, ugly, plastic tiny spray which I would be ashamed to show anywhere in the garden, went straight in the bin. Do not be fooled, these people don’t care about anything except your money.

I concur with everyone else and have experienced exact same. Ordered artificial flowers in early May, never turned up, tracking said USA then Birmingham but never updated. I purchased through PayPal and raised an issue and received countless messages from Bliss Beaut saying to be patient and I would receive soon. They also gave me a new tracking number this time from China! They clearly are a scam company who take your money and fob you off with excuses. Fortunately PayPal went in my favour and fully refunded me, I also told them about all these trust pilot reviews being the same experience as mine which may have helped. Please do NOT use this company!!!!!!! And if paid on card or PayPal, raise a chargeback to hopefully get your money back xx

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!!!My “order” finally turned up today after ordering it in MARCH!!!! Was supposed to be 3-5 working days. Wish I’d of read the reviews first. I honestly believe the tracking was fake ,went all over America to land in London and then disappeared . After about the 4th email it came from China not what I ordered but as usual not on face book anymore. Might as well of just ordered of Temu

I ordered flowers in May , after several emails I still have not received them , and doubt I ever will. I find it hard to believe that my order is in Birmingham uk from the 10th of June, and I still haven’t received them and I live in the uk . Very disappointed would never order from you again and will make sure to tell anyone that is going too , not too ,

My complaint is this, Bliss-Beaut has literally stolen my money by not delivering items that I purchased from them in good faith, their choice of delivery company failed to deliver my purchase to anywhere near my address & then the customer service at Bliss-Beaut have sent me emails with false information that was not in any way associated with my delivery with no realistic offer of a total refund or sending replacement either.

I ordered some bras from this Bliss-Beaut on the 18/05/24 and to date my purchase hasn't been delivered to my address. I've had no notification through my door to say a delivery has been attempted, my only notification has been a delivery itinerary that said my parcel had made it to Ireland & no further.

I have complained through emails to Bliss-Beaut, I feel I'm purposely being mislead through their responses and I think this company sends out false information emails to cover their delivery control inadequacies.

I also believe that I'm not the only customer who has had issues with this company, one way or another, if you view the Trustpilot reviews below!

While on this subject of ordering through Bliss-Beaut, since ordering these bras from their American supplier I am now in consistent receipt of spam emails, getting on average 6 emails a day, which I am also very unhappy about!!!

I ordered artificial flowers in April. Only just got them. They are cheap rubbish save your money and buy elsewhere.

Do not trade with this company or it's sister company Bloom Realm, both trade under .UK names but are actually US companies. They overcharged me £4+ both times which I did eventually get back. The goods from Bloom Realm became fault within a month. The goods from Bliss-beaut didn't turn up they were returned to sender as undelivered but they are refusing me a refund and saying I need to deal with the shipping agent. Avoid at at costs.

I too wish I’d read the reviews before ordering the bunch of artificial flowers! Ordered 26th April and still not arrived and they won’t give me my money back!! Don’t order anything from this company!!

I ordered artificial flowers via Facebook ad 3 months ago and delivery not arrived. Tracking info started off appearing reliable then updates ceased after about 5 weeks. I cannot contact logistics company. I have been in regular contact with Bliss Beaut customer support who just come back with suggestion to wait it out and with assurance they are looking into it
I have no expectation now of delivery or of refund.
Regret not checking reviews before ordering.

As many orders have reviewed if I could give a NO STAR rating I would. My biggest mistake was that I never read the reviews before ordering. I ordered the 2 lots of 3pk Bras (1 for me & 1 for my D) using the given size chart shown. I ordered on 30th May & they arrived on 23rd June, I got regular tracking updates, leading me to believe I was dealing with a company that CUSTOMER SERVICE was very important to how wrong I was. I opened package and knew at first glance that these would not fit and I went about trying to return them on the following day the 24th June. I received an email back saying they had checked the order & with the warehouse and I had received what I ordered. I was offered 6GBP & 10GBP I was told give them to a family member. They were so sorry they couldn't help. I was told they would check with their supervisor to see if they could get me a refund. 24 emails later & €55.98 and I'm still in same position with poor quality product adding more clutter to my home. So I woukd strongly advise DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
