I have been wanting to try a silk pillow for awhile now and I have been really pleased with my Blissy pillow! I love how soft the silk fabric is and my hair and skin look great after a night's sleep! I also really love the zipper closure, it is just little details like that which make it a high quality product in my opinion!

I purchased this product for a gift . I have not used it myself.

Blissy silk pillowcases are wonderful. I wouldn’t buy any other kind. Customer Service is good. Price is a bit steep, but they’re worth it! I’m a repeat customer. Love to buy pillowcases for my family members!

Love the products and have many colors of the pillow cases as well as the sleep masks. Debating on the sheets now. I also love to give them as gifts. great products!

I love the pillow case , but found that the zip doesn’t last long, it pulls away from the silk.

I have a complaint regarding Blissy.ca due to an unresolved billing error, refusal to issue a refund and ongoing uncooperative behavior. I originally attempted to purchase four pillowcases however at checkout I was unexpectedly charged for eight pillowcases. I was not given any opportunity to review or edit the order before the charge was processed. As soon as I realized the error, I attempted to contact Blissy, but their office was closed. I called again the next business day and requested the order be cancelled. Blissy informed me that it was too late and instructed me to accept four pillow cases and refuse the other four upon delivery. This was impossible because the entire order arrived in one box through regular mail, with no option to refuse part of the shipment. I then contact my VISA credit card provider who advised me to dispute the charge for the four pillowcases I did not intend to order. At that point, I no longer wished to deal with Blissy at all, so I returned all eight pillowcases, unopened and in the original packaging. The return cost me an additional $24.24 I tracked the package and after it had arrived at Blissy I waited 14 days and then contacted Blissy regarding my refund. I was told they would not refund me until I dropped the dispute with VISA. I contacted VISA and they advised me not to drop the dispute because it could not be reactivated if Blissy did not refund me. I contacted Blissy Customer Support and was curtly that they would not access my account until the dispute was dropped. Very scripted response. I now have two $236.00 ($472.00) charges from Blissy. They have the 8 pillowcases and will not discuss refund until the dispute is dropped. Blissy's conduct has been unreasonable and, in my view, in bad faith. The ordering process did not allow me to review my purchase before being charged and their refusal to refund returned merchandise unless I drop a legitimate dispute is unacceptable I do not feel Blissy is acting in good faith. They should refund me the entire amount at which time the dispute will be dropped

SCAM..Blissy is a scam. Been 2 months, no communication to where my order is. No reply to my emails or calls. Nothing. Totaly scam. Do not order from this site

Best pillow case made. Given as gifts and they were very appreciated and loved.

I absolutely love the Blissy pillow cases. I wake up in the morning and my hair is just like it was when I went to bed. There's no knots or anything like that. My skin is the same.I love the way my face feels when I wake up in the morning.I cannot recommend these pillowcases enough.

I use the pillowcases every night. They are cool and help keep my hair from going crazy. When I wake up it barely looks like I slept. I sincerely love these and haven't slept without them since I discovered them a couple of years ago. Purchased them for my kids as well who love them too. Important to have a pillow that is large enough so they are taut

Overall nice pillow case to sleep on. I do wash in laundry bag and line dry. The zipper is very delicate and I don’t expect it to last very long. In hind sight I paid too much for this product and will not purchase again. For some reason my “unsubscribe “ request has not been accepted.
At time of purchase I was promised a $30 credit. Upon receiving the product there was no coupon or mention of how to or when I would receive it. I contacted the company and they promptly sent me a GOOGLE link to give my information and I would receive the credit within 60 days. I replied asking for another option because I choose not to use GOOGLE. They responded with another link which was also a GOOGLE link.
Let me remind Blissy and their customers that there are other quality silk pillowcases on the market with a better price point and no need to have to beg or jump through hoops for a credit that was promised at time of purchase or only give it if you apply for it.
