I made three separate orders for Blissy pillowcases one for myself & 2 additional orders as gifts. With each order I was promised a $30 credit for future purchases as part of the regular purchase process. I was not sent any credits as promised as part of the purchase process. With each sale I followed up with the Blissy ‘customer service’ team and they ensured me I would get the promised credits in 30-60 days. It has now over 3 months & Blissy has still not provided any credit. Not sure if this is a scam or ???. Might understand if it was a single purchase & the credit got ‘lost’ in process but - 3 separate purchases over a couple of months.

The pillow cases were excellent! Exactly as described however, the price was a bit high so I couldn’t afford to order more!!

Colors were terrific. Pillow cases are very soft to lay my face on. My hair is so much smoother, less tangles. The quality is excellent.

The products made by Blissy are of outstanding quality! I have purchased pillow cases for myself and as gifts. They provide excellent packaging that protects the products while in transit. I recommend the mesh bags for washing the products and to hang them to dry. I will definitely purchase more from this company.

Love my Blissy pillowcase. I gifted each of my daughter-in-laws a Blissy pillowcase. They each love their Blissy. My granddaughters now want a Blissy as Christmas gifts.

You all replaced several of our Blissy pillowcases for me because I had guarantee on them from years ago. However, when I ordered the new ones, they did the same thing (zipper issues) and I found out there was no guarantee on these.
I don't plan on buying any more of your pillowcases in the near future!

Purchased 12 king Blissy pillowcases in Dec 2023. All have to be thrown out because of tears and rips. Cases were washed in cold water in bag. Blissy refuses to acknowledge because cases are more than a year old.

I really like these pillow cases. They are of quality. I have had some for 5 years and they look almost new little faded. I highly recommend this product .

top quality heavy weight and soft silk pillowcases. I have bought more of these (6 in total) and they are much better quality and softness than other brands i have tried.
Only small criticism is that the flap to go over the end of the pillow is too shallow/small and does not stay in place.

Ordered 4 pillowcases in different colors to match my decor - received 4 champagne pillowcases - not what I ordered. Unable to get the correct ones shipped and very poor customer service. No information provided to return them and have to pay for the return shipping up front. Not pleased at all.

Worth every penny. Yes, these items are pricey, but the difference in my skin and hair is night and day. I will never go back to a regular pillow case and I try to never sleep without a bonnet. Love my Blissy products!!!
