Abysmal company...
Abysmal company.... with even worse support. Total of 18 bugs identified prior to this company buying out the leading company in the space called accointing.com. reported this ahead of they decommissioning accointing.com & their app. Their response to me was that it is their belief that despite all my findings, their buggy blockpit front end and back end is better than the industry leader they purchased?! I worked with their support team for two and a half months, they fixed 10 of the 18 items before they got tired of me helping them... and insisted that I put in a separate ticket each remainder items. This was something they expressed Needed to happen early on, but I pushed back... only to eventually be told this again. Simultaneous to troubleshooting on a daily basis with these guys for two and a half months, I began Testing with Two other runner-ups to the old accointing software... In the industry. I have since decided to go with Koinly.com. They have super friendly, no matter who you get... faster turnaround times, and little to no bugs.

Helpful support, improvements needed
The customer support was really helpful and friendly.
The app seems to be a bit buggy wenn switching Apps.
In general I would welcome improvements to the options people have when editing or importing transactions. But right now it seems to be the tax software I will use and I'm somewhat hopeful it will improve.

thank you for your feedback. We will soon release a new mobile app. In general we suggest using the web app on a computer screen for editing of transactions and other details can be displayed way better on a bigger screen.
