I purchased 2 for 1 mascara as advertised on Facebook, the mascara you receive is not the one advertised, it is cheap, nasty, scratchy and irritated my eyes, I do not have sensitive eyes. The seller in in China, which is not clear when ordering, so VAT does not apply, but they sneakily add it on at checkout. I am in the process of disputing with them, I want to return for a full refund of £14.50, they have said they will refund the VAT claiming system error, and offered my £4 compensation, I will probably just cut my losses, gge mascara is now in the bin. AVOID!

I ordered some screwdriver bits via Facebook, it was supposed to be £9.99 with free postage I used Apple Pay but suddenly after completing the purchase it was £16+, I complained they said system error and refunded £2+ but when I complained about £3.99 postage they just kept saying they don’t charge postage despite there plainly being postage costs added in email. Be very careful with this company as any orders under £9.97 postage is shown at £399 not £3.99. They are impossible to deal with so avoid is best option.

I ordered from this company. Thankfully my order did turn up although it took a couple of weeks. I ordered mascara from them which looked amazing on the advert. It's just very big standard cheap mascara, which takes quite a while to dry. A little on the small side too. Thankfully I only paid around £8 and it was buy one get one free so I'm not too upset by it.

Absolute Scam dont send order then will not give refund and try to re charge you appalling dodgy and no UK based flowers on pictures are not real do not wate your money

Do not waste your money total scam I received damaged jeans with black marks and looked nothing like what I had ordered. Waste of time offered £3 compensation bloody joke.

Buyer beware. This company is not to be trusted. They sell substandard goods using false advertisement. Once you pay there is no proper facility for a refund for unsuitable goods. I paid £23.This is their response....

If you would like to return, the shipping fee may be very expensive to you.【It's about $20 to $35.】
So how about we refund you 3GBP as compensation and you keep the products?

Scam!!!!! I was charged too much which immediately made me think dodgy then asked them to cancel my order they didn't. They make you believe they are in UK then send damaged and cheap goods 3 weeks later and when you ask for a refund even through PayPal they expect you to return item to a different location than their website or labels state which is in CHINA and because of how PayPal works you can't do anything unless you pay to return it which one costs a lot (when it shouldn't cost the buyer anything being damaged and a scam company) and two isn't that simply for people with mobility issues. I'm as disappointing with PayPal for allowing this as I am with the scammy company. They now know how to work PayPal etc to their advantage. Avoid!

Awful company, ordered a pair of straight cut jeans only to receive a completely different pair of skinny jeans with a massive stain on the back. Awful quality with no label.
Customer service offered a compensation of £5 which I refused as I’d like my full money back as I didn’t receive the goods I ordered!

Terrible quality bras, too baggy, zero support, fastenings didn’t stay fastened, nothing like advertised. Sent them an email to ask for refund. They offered to refund £3, then £5, but thankfully Klarna sorted it so I didn’t lose a penny. Do not order from this company. They want me to send the bras back tracked to China. They can swivel.

Awful products. Stay well clear of their mascara. It’s simply awful. Thick, wet and unmanageable. Makes eyelashes clump and ends up on your face. The 5* reviews must be fake. Customer services slow and won’t refund money for an inferior product. Buyer beware and give it a miss.

Scam company, avoid!!! Like too many others I was overcharged and sent shoddy items, they offered £4 refund, return costs too much, PayPal are zero help and close case in their favour, total waste of money, seriously..avoid!! You can buy better items from shein and return easily for full refund.

This is the third time I've been scammed by different companies, (that I'm as sure as I can be are the same company) goods arrive nothing like they should be,very poor quality that I'd never want to keep, & say the company has just changed returns address to China. All told I've been scammed over £100.

Bought 2 flowy tee shirts with built in bra. I am normally size UK18 because I like a bit of room in my clothes I ordered their 4XL (UK 22/24) after around 4 weeks they came. They would have looked good on Twiggy. They were far too small. Tried to send them back for a refund, no chance. Many emails later and attempting to get a return address, which they kept under wraps, I was offered £3. In a polite way I told them to keep it. Learned my lesson and will no longer get anything advertised on Facebook and the like. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought 2 bras thought great finally found something suitable. Firstly I was over charged which I wouldn't have got my money back unless I asked about it. When the items finally arrived they were supposed to be sent direct from the USA I should have known better they actually came from China. When I opened them I had 2 thoughts firstly they were far to big from the size I ordered and the second was what a load of rubbish. I contacted the company to be told they would refund me £4 .what a joke when I said this was unacceptable they then request the items returned. Too late they have gone in the rubbish what a waste but a valuable lesson learnt.

What a complete joke ordered 2nd Feb only to receive it on the 12th March! Address says sent from UK address and the Fern Plant is nothing like the photos or video it's a complete scam video

Absolute joke of a company I placed order on the 8th February and still no order, keep getting same crap computer generated email. Delivery company also no use either thar they use.
I'm beginning to think company is a pure scam

Avoid at all costs. Absolute scam! I ordered two bras, size 34E and received bras that were size 38E. Obviously they didn't fit. I asked for a refund and they said the bras were the correct size, despite the label on the bra saying they 38E, as well as the packaging.

I ordered bra size 40E - recieved size 5XL which in no way fitted. Their advert showed cup & band sizes which do not exist on the priduct supplied - I believe this to be fraudulant advertising.

They offered a £4.00 refund against a £24.00 order that was absolutely useless to me.

Product also extremely poor quality.

Avoid! U.k company that sends below standard and incorrect orders. Refuse to refund unless you return to China at your own expense, although return address on packaging is a u.k address. Shocking.

As others have already stated. Over charged on payment. Took weeks to be delivered and items not as advertised and absolutely useless.
Total waste of money
