Their customer service is appalling as is the stock they sell, cheap products that either break after one use or arrive damaged to which the prospect of getting a reply in regards to refund or exchange is impossible. My advice STEER CLEER and do not purchase anything from them as it will be money down the drain, I wasted £90 on faulty products and have been chasing a reply for several months now without success no reply at all. This is an absolute disgraceful company who are just out to sell rubbish overpriced products and rob your money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

**Avoid this fraudulent scam company!** They ship everything from abroad, not the UK, so delivery takes ages. In my case, they sent the wrong item and refused to issue a refund unless I returned it to China—at my own expense! On top of that, they overcharge at checkout, so double-check your payment because you’ll likely be paying more than expected. Terrible experience—stay away!

In the end PayPal ruled in my favour and refunded me after PayPal paid for me return the item to China and as suspected the seller gave a fake address!!

I bought front opening bras from them and even though i went by THEIR size guide. They bras arrive and no way will they hold the girls in. When I contacted the company they offered £3 and suggested I gave the bras to someone else whom they would fit!!! They've been fussy footing around so much!!! They will not give me a return address not a full refund!!!

Do not use this company absolutely diabolical.I ordered two speakers in November for Christmas presents it is now feb !!!apparently they are saying they have been lost by shippers!!they will not give me my full refund I have messaged them so many times asking where they are!!!basically I have paid for nothing please people do not use this service 😡

Ordered items from this company in December 2024. It's now the end of February 2025, items no where to be seen.

Company not interested in resolving, they just keep saying to wait and check tracking info. Refused to give a refund despite it being very clear to everyone that the items won't ever turn up.

Raised a dispute with PayPal which I'm still awaiting an outcome from.

My suggestion to anyone reading this, do not order anything from this company.

shocking quality product, when it eventually arrived. Was led to believe it was coming from the UK, was given a US tracking code that came from China. Small sizes, cheap knock off goods. Seller wouldn't resolve the issue. PayPal sided with the company.

Only gave 1 star as I couldn't give zero..paid £20 for 2 front opening bras. Put my size in their website but they've sent me cheap items no where near my size and absolutely unfit for purpose. AVOID.

Think this is a scam site.
I have had no response to questions or emails asking for when my plants will be delivered!!
It makes my blood boil that these scum think its OK to take money from folks who actually work for a living.
Do what honest people do and work for it instead of steeling it!

Ordered two g-tech clocks lights after reading the reviews neither work! Avoid this company asked for a replacement and offered only £9 compensation !!

zero stars item of flower seeds not arrived. Blaming freight company. I thought this was a uk company not a scam company from china. Avoid at all costs

I ordered some seeds a month ago and I haven't received anything yet. I wish I had read the reviews before buying.

I ordered some bras in November. Never received them. The tracking info I had from them said it came from America and it was delivered on the 14th of December. Got in touch with support and the tracking info they gave me said it came from china. I did receive a bill from royal mail to pay £5 to cover delivery. I paid it and still didn't receive it. Because the tracking number won't work with royal mail I can't find out where the parcel is. Absolute scammers. Avoid!

Shame there isn't a zero AVOID, AVOID AVOID !!!!! Absolute scam and fraudsters.

Do not purchase from this company i ordered and paid for an item i never received i contacted tgeir custome support several times only to be fobbed off i did not recieve a refund i have reported them as a scal company BE WARNED

Dreadful avoid at all cost. They took more money than I agreed to for purchase & sent wrong size. After several emails offered an insulting £6 refund of a £20 order. Stating I would be required to return items to china & shipping would be more than purchase. Unfortunately I didn’t pay through Paypal or credit card so they get away with it.

I have been waiting 2 months for my item I keep getting told to check the tracking and be patient. The tracking says its been in the UK for a month already.
I thought the item was coming from America as the office on the site and on trustpilot says Detroit USA but its coming from China. Keep asking for a refund but they keep saying check tracking and be patient. This is terrible customer service. They can not even tell me which UK courier now has the item absolutely shocking. I have opened a case with PayPal (also not helpful at all) but will now open case with my bank which card is linked to PayPal.

Unable to give no stars. Made out uk co - no china. I was charged £2.03 additional to what quoted- import tax. I queried this and it was refunded. I then said I wanted full refund and cancel order. Informed already sent and is one of the best selling items they have- it is a packet of seeds. Avoid

Ordered a vape pendant and paid extra for faster delivery and It's now a month later down the line and still no pendant. I emailed them and they said that they were going to get the carrier to expedite the delivery? And could I be patient and wait for it's arrival. I've messaged them again today and told them I just want a refund now because this is an absolute disgrace. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!.***edit*** this company also took out an additional £3.00 out of my bank without permission which I pointed out to them about, and after about a week or so, I received £2 odds in to my bank from them (cheeky, cheeky) so please be aware of what they are taking from your bank if you ever have to deal with them.

My initial spend was £21.58 yet the company took £25.90 out of my account, the items took ages to arrive ad when they did, they were damaged and did not work. I contacted them for a resolution and all they did was offer me £6 compensation, I challenged them about taking too much money and they did refund me the difference saying it was an error. I contacted my credit card company and they thankfully raised a dispute and I have recently been refunded the full amount. Lesson learnt for sure.

I ordered seeds that were advertised for £6.99 per pack in total should have been £13.98 which included FREE delivery. However, this company took £15.10 from my account and I still haven’t received the seeds and after writing to them 3 times for a refund and cancel the order I still haven’t received my money back !

I have informed my back about this and they are looking into the matter !
