AND WHY PAYPAL IS ASSCCIATED WITH THEM IS WORRYING ALSO.
PURCHASED A SPEAKER ARRIVED ALL DAMAGED AND NOTHING LIKE WHAT I PURCHASED

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered the blind date with a book set. The book is pretty much a 20 page leaflet neither me or my partner had heard of. I thought I had been sent the packaging and crafty parts separate and was expecting the book at a later date it was that thin and wasn't until I saw a couple other reviews on here I realised that the book was in that parcel. I doubt I will get a response or refund from them so yeah, give a wide berth.

Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. Like a previous review I ordered 2 blind date books at the beginning of Dec. The parcel finally arrived today from China, even though its a co.uk website. No books, just the wrapping, stickers etc. So, spent £18 on a load of rubbish. Do not use this company.

Ordered the mystery book which looked fabulous along with a pen and fancy stickers. Took over a month to arrive. I was charged more than the agreed amount. A FOLDED PEICE OF PAPER ARRIVED, SOME BLURRY STICKERS AND A PEN!!! NO BOOK!!!! raised a complaint with paypal straight away. The seller offered me just over £2 refund 🤣. I declined. Seller has agreed to a full refund IF I RETURN ITEM TO HONKKONG TRACKED AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING OUT OF MY OWN POCKET! post office advised it would cost me £10.65 to return ! I absolutely refuse to return it and I really hope paypal side with my dispute! I have provided all evidence but I'm yet to receive a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM

Company are a scam. Waited a month for item. No return offered. Company does not reply to emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Doesn't even deserve 1 star biggest rip off waited over a month for the package and what I received was disgusting for the price I paid avoid at all costs.

A case of if it looks too good to be true it probably is. Items ordered did not resemble the advertised product. Books sent were reproduced pamphlets and not what I’d been expecting. Took weeks to arrive - luckily as they were bought as gifts and frankly I’d be too embarrassed to gift to anyone. Shame.

I bought 3 items from then in November 24 it took over a month to arrive and all E items complete garbage !
The 2 phone chargers/speakers much smaller than advertised and basically cheap plastic but they do work although and the charger lead 7” long total waste of time so I had to order sone from Amazon !
The karaoke system with 2 microphones broken the switches in too all pushed in I contacted them for either a replacement or full refund their reply they don’t know all long I’ve had it I gave them all details so they offered me £5 good will gesture it cost me £19.99 I refused they said return it to our warehouse in China but it will cost you a lot in postage so eventually they offered me £12 and to keep the karaoke set with is broken so no use at all !

Received an item that is faulty and is of very poor quality. I have been offered a part refund which is a fraction of the buying price. I refused this and now I am being asked to return the item at my cost. As many have reviewed here, avoid like the plague! I will continue to exercise my right to a full refund

Firstly debited incorrect amount from credit card (they did promptly adjust however when questioned).
Products took ages to arrive, several months. When they did were frankly useless.

Do not use this company. I ordered toilet seat fixings at buy one get one free, only one set arrived. I e mailed the company and they said buy one get one free is one set. Now if I’m not mistaken, every toilet seat needs two fixings. They offered me £1 compensation. What a joke.

Absolute scam company. I followed a link from an advert for a “blind date with a book” to their website and selected a fantasy genre package for £19.99. After weeks of back and forth with their customer service team about why I still hadn’t received a tracking number, a parcel finally turned up. In it was a square of brown paper, a few badly printed, blurry stickers and some cheap fake flowers and NO BOOK. I wish I could show you the absolute rubbish I received. It would have cost me less than a fiver to buy the same stuff on Temu, and it would probably have been much better quality. After querying with customer service, they insist that what I received is what I ordered and offered me £2 as a “goodwill gesture”. I have no intention of accepting a £2 refund for the tat I received and will continue to fight for a full refund. I’ve also gotten klarna involved as I made the purchase through them. In short, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scam merchants and if you receive anything at all, it won’t even vaguely resemble what you ordered.

Advertising books which are supposed to be 4.5 rated, wrapped very nicely in brown paper along with fancy items. What turns up is a 12 page pamphlet wrapped in brown paper, a sheet of 6 stickers and a pen. When I left a review on their page it disappeared

Do not order from this company. Ordered 4 ice scrapers following a Facebook ad. The package eventually arrived opened and damaged with 3 items missing and the one item received damaged and unusable. Bloom-realm refuse to take liability for this and refund my payment. They have merely offered to refund a ridiculous amount of £3 which is insulting. I believe they are breaking the law by not accepting liability to deliver goods that are paid for by customers and therefore would not recommend them or their products to anyone.

I bought a smart light sound machine for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately it is broken and not fit for purpose. Bloom realm will not reimburse money so will definitely not recommending them or using their company again. They have offered me £7 which is an insult. It’s the law that if something is broken you get a full refund or replacement. I have been offered neither.

Do not use this company.

Firstly, ordering from the UK, taxes will be added to your final bill, which do not appear on the order confirmation. I found this out when I checked my bank account.
I ordered 2 bras in size 38C and was sent size 42C and told by email from customer support that it was checked by their warehouse and correct according to my order. I sent a screenshot of my order confirmation and photographs of the items received which prove the contrary. I was told to pass them on to someone else!
I placed my order on 3rd December and it arrived on 27th December - I did have to email to get a tracking number and was able to track my package, so I don't have a problem with this.
Reply to my email regarding the wrong size was quick, but they clearly are not going to acknowledge their mistake or rectify it.
Luckily I didn't spend much money and will donate the bras to a charity.

It has been a waste of time and money dealing with Realm-Bloom.

I have now been offered compensation of 1 GBP. It has to be a joke?!?

1 month later still tracking stuck in loop just a scam stealing money ..now after contacting support 20 times says in America again ..AVOID

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a bra from this company for £11.30, I was charged £14.03. I know it's not a massive difference but anyway I contacted PayPal and they said the company is a fraudulent company that had used PayPal as a front. Lucky I am able to do a back charge on my c-card. I'm fuming at myself for not reading the reviews before hand.

Ordered an alarm clock with wireless phone charger. It doesn’t even switch on. It was a Santa present for my son who is now disappointed. AVOID AVOID AVOID
